Medical industry is directly related to the interest of the public as a decisive industry. As a critical part of medical and “allies” of non-profit medical institutions, profit medical institution is the main competitive part of medical market. The existence of profit medical institution not merely strengths the competition of medical industry and improves the efficiency of whole industry, but also plays very important role in several aspect of satisfying the requirement of people, breaking the monopoly of public hospital and decreasing the financial burden of government.Since 2009 of the new medical reform, a series of significant policies are issued. Profit medical institute has an easier access to the market. However, the reality is not optimistic. The development of profit medical institute is limited to a large extent, especially in the market access. As the main point of service industry, Market access system of profit medical institute is closely related to the health of medical market. Therefore, the research of access system of profit medical institute and the improvement of making and performing of the system are of great significant to the long-run development of medical industry of China.Except introduction and conclusion, this thesis concludes five parts.The first part is introduction which introduces the background and meaning of this research, present research situation at home and abroad and try to solve some main problem. Then in the second part, explaining the relevant concept of profit medical institute and market acess, the thesis will have a brief introduction to the access system of profit medical institute from general theory, which lay a foundation to the later discussion.Next, the third part will have a comprehensive elaboration of current deficiency of market aceess of profit medical institute, such as market unspecific market access, tedious access program, incomplete content of system and the system is not full be carried out. And the thesis has a comprehensive discussion on the causes of these problems. Following, this thesis introduces some worthy system in some typical countries and concludes the experience and enlightenment of foreign countries. Finally, aiming at the present problem, this thesis puts forward some suggestions combining the actual reality of China. Such as, improving the condition of access; optimizing condition and procedure system entities; perfecting the system of content; enforcing the regulation process of system performing.
