A Survey Of Nurses' Knowledge Level And The Need Of Trainning On Nuclear Stringency

Objective: This study aims to build a set of nuclear emergency rescue system, which could be derived a knowledge level test, then we're going to test clinical nurses' nuclear emergency rescue knowledge level and training needs, that provide the basis for selection of nuclear emergency nurses quality, at the same time provide a reference for nuclear emergency training content and method.Method:(1)On the basis of the nuclear emergency rescue process, combining with the relevant national standards, the questionnaire,nuclear emergency rescue knowledge system for clinical nurse,including 3 first-level indicators, 12 secondary indicators and 43 tertiary indicators.(2)According to previous research results, we're prepared the questionnaire, with convenience sampling method to select 300 clinical nurses of two Top three hospitals to investigate their knowledge level and the training needs.Result:(1)Preliminary sure "clinical nuclear emergency rescue knowledge system", including 3 first-level indicators, 12 secondary indicators, 48 tertiary indicators.(2)In nurses' nuclear emergency rescue knowledge level and training needs survey,there were 279(93.0%)of 300 clinical nurses provided a complete and effective survey information table which showed that clinical nurse get a score of 60.40 points,among a score of good and above was 0,the middle level were 52 people(18.6%), pass the level by 103 people(37.0%), don't pass the level by 124(44.4%).On training needs, 72.73% of the nurses expressed their willingness to participate in the nuclear emergency rescue knowledge training;61.37% of the nurses expressed they were willing to participate in the nuclear emergency rescue activities;their favorite form of training is simulation exercises(165).Conclusion:(1)Clinical nurses' nuclear emergency rescue knowledge level are in the medium, the situation is not optimistic.(2)The level of demand for training nurses nuclear emergency rescue knowledge is high;(3)Positive degree for nuclear emergency response activities is nice, largely due to "fear of radiation", "don't understand the nuclear emergency" relevant;(4)Nurse managers should be fully aware to the demand, we launched a comprehensive nuclear emergency rescue training, but nuclear emergency rescue training should also pay attention to improvements in the form and methods.
