Based On The Modern Literature Research On Acne Syndrome Factor Distribution And Combination Analysis

Objective : Based on the retrospective study of modern literature,to study the distribution and inscape of the TCM syndrome,syndrome factor distribution regularity and medication characteristics of acne.To provide the reference for further research on the standardization of acne. In order to provide more information on the diagnosis and therapy for acne.Methods:The literatures were selected from 1995 january to 2015 august through retrieval in China national knowledge internet. Reference to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Then acne syndrome literature database and Traditional Chinese medicine data were established, and were analysed statistically the nature of disease.Disease distribution laws of syndrome element combination, the distribution characteristics of medication.Combining with theoretical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:(1) This topic was selected with 72 references and 191 kinds of syndrome name. And summarizing them to be a conclusion,reduced to 48 types.The common syndrome types of hypertension were the Lung Channel with wind-heat type,damp-heat in the gastrointestinal,phlegm and blood stasis of the guitar,accumulated heat in the lung and stomach,the dampness-retention due to spleen deficiency syndrome,imbablance of Chong and Ren Channels.(2) Extract to 21 syndrome elements,Including the common syndrome element of disease location 8 and the common syndrome elements of disease character 13.The common syndrome element of disease location are Lung, stomach, liver, spleen, intestines,kidney, placenta,heart;The common syndrome elements of disease character are heat, wet,phlegm, blood stasis,wind,Yin deficiency,qi deficiency,qi stagnation,bane,blood-heat,blood deficiency, cold, dryness;The excess common syndrome element of disease location 8,the deficiency syndrome’s 3.The most common pathogenic factor(3) The common combination of syndrome elements were combined by 2 and 3syndrome elements.Common combination of 2 syndrome elements were blood stasis combined with dampness, The common combination of 3 syndrome elements were Lung combined with wind and heat.(4) Overall medication rule:heat-clearing,The Commonly used medicine categorieswere the tonics,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving Phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,removing dampness and promoting diuresis.
