[Objective] To compare and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, and to explore its clinical application value.[Methods] a retrospective analysis was performed on 56 patients with gastric cancer treated in our department from 2013 to, of which 30 cases underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, and 26 patients underwent open radical gastrectomy. Patients with tumor location in the gastric antrum, and pathologically confirmed gastric cancer. According to laparoscopic surgery and open surgery were divided into two groups, the control group (OP group) and experimental group (group Lap). Two groups of patients with age, no significant difference in sex and other basic diseases. Analysis of two groups of patients after surgery, compared with the operative timea blood loss, length of incision, lymph node dissection, postoperative complications and to evaluate laparoscopic radical surgery and open radical gastrectomy in advantages and disadvantages, laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in the prospect of clinical application.[Results] two groups of patients were performed surgical treatment, and all successfully completed the operation. Compared with the two groups of patients, the operation time (P< 0.05) were significantly different, the open group was faster than the laparoscopic group. In the incision length, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative recovery and complications (P< 0.05), there was statistical difference between the laparoscopic group and open group. In the lymph node clearance, tumor resection, postoperative long-term recurrence (P> 0.05) no statistical difference, no significant difference between the two groups.[Conclusion] compared with open surgery, laparoscopic radical gastrectomy is superior to open surgery in the surgical incision length, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative recovery and complications. There was so ignificant difference in long-term efficacy between the two types of surgery. Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can be used as a new technique. With the development of laparoscopic technology and the progress of equipment and a large number of experimental research, the clinical application of the value will be further enlarged, the medical and patients have a profound impact.
