Clinical Study On The Effect Of Shuganjianpi Therapy On Puerperal Depression Of Liver Qi Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Purpose: Shugan solution stagnation,nourishing blood,tonifying spleen,created the eutocia Yu Decoction in the treatment of puerperal depression patients of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,and investigate its value in clinical application.Methods: Patients with puerperal depression of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The subjects were encephalopathy outpatient treatment area or from.Study data collection time from December 2015 to January 2014.A total of 72 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the capsule of the treatment of depression,drug composition: starch,a small amount of pigment.Usage: daily l agent,water decoction to take juice 200 ml,sooner or later 2 times fasting sub service,used for 1 months for the L course of treatment.Study group the eutocia solution Decoction in the treatment of depression.Usage:daily l agent,water fried take juice 200 ml,twice fasting service,QD for 1 month for a course of treatment.Main outcome measures:(1)the clinical curative effect observation;(2)SDS,HAMD score table;(3)the Chinese medicine syndrome score of depression.Results: After treatment,the SDS score in the study group the total efficiency was 91.7%,markedly effective rate was 69.4%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01),with statistical significance;research group,the scores of HAMD total efficiency was91.7%,markedly effective rate was 69.4%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01),there are significant differences;by rank sum test analysis,the study group clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect determination total effective rate was 97.2%,markedly effective rate was 72.2%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01),there are significant difference..Conclusion: With Shuganjianpi treatment principle for Chinese medicine is currently feasible treatment method of postpartum depression.Eutocia solution depression Decoction in improving postpartum depression patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency symptoms and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine can gain good curative effect,while avoiding the long-term use of antidepressants may be brought about by a variety of adverse reactions,is conducive to the compliance of the patients.Eutocia Jieyu Decoction in Shugan Jieyu at the same time,also has the effect of Jianpi Yangxue,have improved in patients with anorexia,indigestion,insomnia and other symptoms,improve the patient’s survival quality.
