| Purpose: Observe the opposing needling of scalp acupuncture method treatment of motor aphasia after stroke and non of opposing needling method,the curative effect of acupuncture,compare the curative effects and advantages of two methods,and carry on analysis,judgement,preliminary clarify the opposing needling of scalp acupuncture method,the mechanism of treatment of motor aphasia for clinical treatment to provide a new method.Method: This topic selected 60 patients with motor aphasia after stroke as the research object,randomly divided into two groups to contrast observed treatment,30 cases each.Treatment group choose acupuncture point: the contralateral head words area,hundreds of caves,four god astute,ya men,CV 23,along with the onset of conventional acupuncture points;Control group selected point: one side head words area,with the rest of the treatment group.Two groups of treatment 1 times a day for 10 days,the rest 1 day,10 days for 1 course of treatment,treatment 3 course observation curative effect.Result: Treatment group,5 cases recovered 13 cases had marked effect,9 cases were effective,3 had no effect,the clinical total effective rate was 90.0%;The control group recovered in 2 cases,7 cases had marked effect,13 cases were effective,8 had no effect,the clinical total effective rate was 73.33%.The results by statistical analysis(P < 0.05),there is significant difference,statistically significant,the effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: The opposing needling of scalp acupuncture method for motor aphasia after stroke and the non of opposing needling method have curative effect,by contrast,the opposing needling of scalp acupuncture method to improve the function of speech effect is more obvious,the curative effect is better. |
