| Purpose:Using electroacupuncture respectively stimulate the single acupoint or the compatibility acupoints to treat primary insomnia,and observing the differences of two methods for patients on ET and AIS.Then evaluating the clinical curative effect for treating primary insomnia by electroacupuncturing single point or compatibility acupoints.And then providing a scientific basis for the compatibility acupoints theory and clinical prescription of acupuncture for treating primary insomnia.Method:In this study,the primary insomnia patients as the research object,using of randomized controlled trial as the design method.In the trial,72 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visit:the single point group and the compatibility acupoints group,36 cases in each group.Treatment methods: The treatment group of single acupoint use Shenmen(double),the treatment group of compatibility acupoints use Baihui,Shenmen(double)and Sanyinjiao(double).Patients were maintained at supine position,,after acupuncture,using electroacupuncture stimulate the acupoints.The electroacupuncture is set to continuous wave 60 Hz,30min,5 days for 1 courses,and 2 days interval,continuous treatment of 5 courses.Follow and record the therapeutic effects after the end of treatment.Using ET as the objective indexes,and AIS as the Subjective index,and To collect the relevant data,summarize the difference of clinical curative effect.Result:1.AIS efficacy evaluation: a.In single point group,compare symptoms before and after treatment,there are significant differences in the time of fall asleep,wake up,total sleep time,total sleep quality,and the total score was significantly different from that before treatmen(P<0.05).And compared symptoms after treatment and follow-up period,the 8 factor score and total score had no significant difference in AIS(P>0.05).b.In combinative acupoints group,compare symptoms before and after treatment,there were significant differences in the scores and total scores of the 8 factors in AIS(P<0.05).And compared symptoms after treatment and follow-up period,the 8 factor score and total score had no significant difference in AIS(P>0.05).c.The two groups of patients after treatment,in sleep time,night waking frequency,total sleep time,total sleep quality,improve the day of emotion and body function etc.have significant difference(P<0.05),and in adjustment to wake up early,fall asleep during the daytime showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The two groups during the follow-up period,in sleep time,night waking frequency,total sleep time,total sleep quality,improve the day of emotion and body function etc.have significant difference(P<0.05),while in the adjustment to wake up early,improve daytime sleepiness degree have no significant difference compare with single point group(P>0.05).2.ET detection result: a.In single point group,compare neurotransmitter value before and after treatment,GABA,Glu and DA have a significant difference(P<0.05),while 5-HT and ACh and NE have no significant difference(P>0.05).b.In combinative acupoints group,,compare neurotransmitter value before and after treatment,GABA,Glu and DA have a significant difference(P<0.05),while 5-HT and ACh and NE have no significant difference(P>0.05).c.The two groups of patients after treatment,Only 5-HT have significant difference(P<0.05),while GABA,Glu,Ach,NE,DA content have no significant difference(P > 0.05).3.The overall clinical efficacy: single point group 30 cases,5 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,effective in 12 cases,7 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency of 76.67%.And compatibility acupoints group 32 cases,11 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,3 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency of 90.63%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P=0.026 < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Single point acupuncture and combination of acupoints for treating primary insomnia are both effective,but the effect of compatibility acupoints group is better than the single point.2.Treating primary insomnia by acupuncture can make the brain GABA and Glu content increased,but DA content decreased. |
