Research On Standardized Calibration Method Of Classical Prescription Efficacy Based On Syndrome Differentiation Elements

Traditional Chinese medicine doctors mainly select prescriptions according to their efficacy in clinical application.The current efficacy expression is not standardized and systematic enough,and it is difficult to connect with syndrome differentiation conclusion effectively and accurately.To explore a more standardized and effective efficacy calibration method is the only way to deepen the development of TCM syndrome differentiation system.Objective:This study tries to explore the method of standardizing the efficacy of classical prescriptions based on syndrome differentiation elements,and construct the corresponding prescription database,so as to facilitate the accurate selection of prescription learning and application.By standardizing the efficacy of classical prescriptions,we hope to achieve the following goals: first,to standardize and systematize the efficacy of prescriptions,so as to meet the requirements of selecting prescriptions according to law;second,to make scholars have a more specific and accurate understanding of the pharmacological connotation of efficacy;third,standardizing the efficacy is conducive to the clinical differentiation of prescriptions according to the needs of syndrome differentiation;fourth,to summarize the research results It is convenient to search and learn the prescription from multiple perspectives,and provide more systematic and clear thinking for clinical prescription selection.Method:(1)Based on the normative description of the corresponding syndromes in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and miscellaneous diseases and differentiation of febrile diseases,the efficacy was analyzed and confirmed;(2)Yao’s and his tutor’s academic achievements on syndrome differentiation and treatment and disease syndrome classification are used as theoretical reference to guide prescription efficacy calibration;(3)Collect and sort out the tutor’s clinical experience,and standardize the elements of syndrome differentiation as the clinical auxiliary syndrome of this study;(4)Based on the above research results,a prescription database with multi-dimensional classification retrieval is designed to standardize the fine calibration method of prescriptions.Results:A total of 421 prescriptions in Treatise on febrile diseases,synopsis of the golden chamber and differentiation of febrile diseases were collected.Based on the analysis of syndrome differentiation elements of the main diseases and syndromes,the standardized efficacy calibration,the comprehensive expression of the sentence form,the preliminary calibration magnitude,and the pharmacological analysis were carried out.Finally,a structured table for the efficacy calibration was made to form a multi-dimensional score The database of prescriptions was searched.Conclusion:(1)The calibration of the efficacy of the prescription can form a more accurate understanding of its efficacy by taking the Dialectical Elements(etiology and pathogenesis)of the main diseases and syndromes as the reference point;(2)The efficacy of each prescription should be composed of the action of disease,elimination of etiology and reversal of pathogenesis.Therefore,it should be analyzed,confirmed and calibrated from these three aspects.(3)The function of each prescription can be recognized and demarcated from the six meridians,Sanjiao,Wei Qi Ying Xue and other dimensions;(4)In practice,the three components of the efficacy of prescription are not parallel and equal,and the therapeutic effect has its own emphasis.
