Celebrating the birth of new lives uninterrupted,the nursery is significant for a Maternal and Child Care Service Centre.And with the improvement of living standards,people pay much more attention to health and family in their lives.It would cause irreparable harm to a family if the new baby is confused with some others or be stolen since the baby is lack of awareness or feature.So it is always being the key problem to protect the infants.What the hospitals and families value the most is how to maintain security of the infants,how to minimum the possibility of the infants be confused or be stolen.The FRID technology has various characteristics such as the larger amount of data,the faster speed of processing,the lower requirement of environment and the automatic recognition without touching the target object.In order to get the basic information of the babies at any time without touching them,the FRID technology can be applied in the infant security management system.And thus the baby’s body temperature can be detected at any time so that to improve the efficiency and quality of the guardianship for infants.In addition,the RFID technology can be used in baby locating to make sure the exact position of each baby so as to avoid conditions such as the baby confused or baby stolen.This paper primarily introduces the background of RFID technology research at home and abroad,and points out the purpose and significance of this project.And introduces several common automatic recognition technologies,through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques,and finally decides to use RFID technology.Then,introduces the constitution of the RFID system and its’ working principle,analyzes the technical advantages of RFID technology in the infant security management system,and do the following researches and design works according to the system.Firstly,Introduces and makes a brief study on some common location algorithms,especially analyzes the RFIDalgorithm,which presents a higher positioning precision and an improved algorithm based on LANDMARC algorithm.Secondly,devises a maternal infant security management system,which consists of an access control module,a positioning management module,a communication module,a maternal and infant information management module and an infant abnormal module.The system will present a detailed design proposal when the macro requirement analysis is made according to the maternal and infant safety management.The maternal infant security management system will finally be designed which based on the RFID technology under the Visual Studio development environment.With the help of this system,we can realize the true management of maternal and infant information,and implement various requirements of the infants at any time,such as the location,the body temperature and so on.
