Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of MDT preoperative interview on the psychological, physiological and postoperative compliance of patients who undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention; At the same time,to study the effect of preoperative visit pattern. To improve the compliance and satisfaction of patients who undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention during perioperative period,to ensure the operation carried out smoothly and to consolidate the effect of treatment, improve the quality of nursing. Methods:Clinical randomized controlled experimental study method used in this study.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,we choose one hundred and twenty patients who undergoing per cutaneous coronary intervention from April to July,2015 in cardiovascular department in a third-grade class-A hospital,Shandong Province. The experimental group(cardiovascular department one)and the control group(cardiovascular department two)each have 60 people.Experimental group were given MDT preoperative visit, the model included preoperative assessment, centralized training, one to one guidance, experience sharing and comprehensive evaluation to patients; The control group was given traditional individual preoperative visit, the mode is preoperative assessment and follow-up visit.Using the State Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI),we can compare the anxiety level of patients between the two groups before the operation.Visitors monitoring heart rate and blood pressure of patients in two groups before the operation. As the mean arterial pressure is the average driving force that drives the flow of blood forward in a cardiac cycle,it can more accurately reflect the functional status of the heart and blood vessels.Mean arterial pressure = diastolic blood pressure+1/3 pressure or 1/3(systolic pressure+2×diastolic pressure). The mean arterial pressure was calculated in this study, and the difference in mean arterial pressure and heart rate were compared.Using the self-designed records to evaluate the patient's compliance in operation and postoperative satisfaction.Using SPSS 17.0package for data processing and statistical analysis. The measurement data is recorded by averageħstandard deviation(xsħ)and count data is recorded by rate and constituent ratio;and the statistical analysis was performed using t test and chi square test.Results:1.demographic data characteristicsThere are no significant differences in the demographic data characteristics about age, sex, diagnosis, education level, marital status, career, economic situation, medical security, social support between the the experimental group and control group,P>0.05.2.anxiety levelBefore intervention, there are no significant differences(P>0.05)between the two groups in anxiety level before the operation; After intervention, patients of the experimental group and the control group have significant differences(P<0.05).3.mean blood pressure and heart rateBefore intervention, there are no significant differences(P>0.05)when compared the blood pressure and heart rate of patients in two groups before the operation; After the intervention, the scores of the blood pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the difference of preoperative before and after intervention and intraoperative, postoperative heart rate, mean arterial pressure, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.the compliance and satisfaction of patientsThe patients in experimental group compliance rate was 91.67%(165/180),which is significantly higher than the control group of 67.78%(122/180)(P<0.05);After surgery the satisfaction in experimental group was 98.3%(59/60),which also higher than the control group of 85%(51/60)(2x =6.982,P<0.05).Conclusions:1.MDT preoperative visit is helpful to decrease the anxiety level of patients before undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention during perioperative period.2.MDT preoperative interview can maintain patients with percutaneous coronary intervention in perioperative period mean arterial pressure and heart rate were relatively stable before and in and after operation.3.MDT preoperative visit can improve the compliance in operation.and postoperative satisfaction of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention during perioperative period.4.MDT interview model, namely, preoperative assessment plus centralized training plus one to one guidance plus experience sharing and comprehensive evaluation, which clinical application effect is worthy of promotion.
