Vitrectory Led By Ophthalmic Endoscope On The Treatment Of Traumatic Endophthalmitis With Corneal Opacity

Objective:To compare the effect of ophthalmic endoscope and traditional direct microscope on the treatment of traumatic endophthalmitis with corneal opacity.Methods:From June 2013 to June 2015,25 patients(25 eyes)with traumatic endophtha-lmitis were observed.Improve the preoperative examination and treatment.vitrectomy was perform with the use of ophthalmic endscope(study group).During the operations,different procedures were taken.recorded the operation time,After the surgery,we give the treatment with drugs.During the follow up,we observed some indicators,Incuding the best corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure,the degree of inflammation,Complications,eyeball atrophy etc.Collection the complete clinical datas of 30 cases(30 eyes)(control group)whom were diagnosed endophthalmitisand and given the vitrectomy with the use of the ordinary microscope from June 2010 to June 2013,Statistical the same indicators to the study group.Compare and analyze the results of the two groupsResults1.Best corrected visual acuity and sucess ratethe postoperation best corrected visual acuity of both group was better than preoperative best corrected visual acuity,the postoperation best corrected visual acuity was significant difference between two groups,The best corrected visual acuity of the study group was better than the control group.The sucess rate of the study group was better than control group.2.operating time There was statistically significant difference between two groups,the operating time of the study group was shorter than the control group.3.retinal detachment reduction rateThere was no significant difference between the two groups4.Intraocular pressure The Intraocular pressure of the two group was under the control,the rates of the long-term abnormal Intraocular pressure was statistically different between two groups.the study group was better than the control group.5.the rate of the incidence retinal detachment with PVR The rates was statistically different between two groups,fhe study group is lower than control group.6.eyeball atrophy The rates of eyeball atrophy was statistically different between two groups,fhe study group is lower than control group.ConclusionVitrectory led by ophthamic endoscope on the treatment of traumatic endophthalmitis is effective and improving the prognosis of the patients.
