Discussion On Improvement Of Qinglongbaiwei Acupuncture Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Curative Effect

Objective:Verify the acupuncture therapy is one of the effective therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by the modified Qinglongbaiwei acupuncture method for verification of KOA patients, promoting improved Qinglongbaiwei acupuncture method, and further guide the KOA clinical treatment.Research Methods:Selected 2014-2015 treatment in 40 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in Hubei Province Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of acupuncture and moxibustion, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, points were selected for the two groups are: Xuehai, Dubi, Xiyan, Xiyangguan, Taixi, Taibai, Juliao, Jiaoxin. Patients in control group were treated with acupuncture, treatment group Juliao,Jiaoxin two points of the letter take improved Qinglongbaiwei acupuncture and point more than take ordinary acupuncture method. Were recorded in two groups before and after treatment VAS pain score, TCM symptom score, limb function score, and through statistical analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of the curative effect between the two groups. And through literature collation dragon wagging acupuncture, knee osteoarthritis arthritis at present domestic and foreign research progress are expounded, and further from the theoretical verification Qinglongbaiwei acupuncture method for the superiority of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Results:1.VAS: treatment prior to the control group and the treatment group VAS score by t test. T=-0.1089, p=0.9138 > 0.05, before and after the treatment in the control group VAS score by t test. T=-6.7939, P < 0.01, with significant difference, treatment group before and after treatment of VAS score by t test. T=-8.5099, P < 0.01. There was statistically significant difference, control group and treatment group before and after treatment, VAS score difference absolute value by t test, t=-2.5501, p=0.0149 < 0.05.2.TCM symptom score: before treatment, the control group and the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score by t test, t=0.0662, p=0.9475 > 0.05, before and after the treatment in the control group of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score by t test. T=-6.5194, P < 0.01, with significant difference, treatment group before and after treatment of TCM symptoms score by t test. T=-4.9218, P < 0.01, with significant difference, control group and treatment group before and after treatment of TCM symptom score difference of absolute value by t test. T=-3.5324, P = 0.0011 < 0.01.3. Lower limb function score: before treatment, the control group and treatment group, lower limb function score by t test, t=1.4587, p=0.1529 > 0.05, before and after the treatment in the control group, lower limb function score by t test. T=--6.0308, P < 0.01, with significant difference, treatment group before and after treatment of TCM symptoms score by t test, t=12.5626, P < 0.01, control group and treatment group before and after the treatment of lower limb function score difference of the absolute value of the t test, t=-4.1406, P = 0.0002 < 0.01.4. Clinical curative effect: the curative effect of the two groups by x2 test, P=0.0165 < 0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusions:1. Improved Qinglongbaiwei acupuncture in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee pain is better than the normal acupuncture to reduce the; modified Qinglongbaiwei acupuncture method to improve in patients with knee osteoarthritis symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is better than the ordinary acupuncture method; modified Qinglongbaiwei acupuncture method for improvement of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint of lower extremity function was better than the normal acupuncture; modified Qinglongbaiwei acupuncture method for patients with knee osteoarthritis clinical curative effect is better than the ordinary acupuncture method;2.From the symptoms, the Qing Long Bai Wei acupuncture for pain relief superior degree in electro-acupuncture acupuncture group; improvement in symptoms was evaluated after treatment in both groups was comparable; in improving the level of everyday life, both groups can effectively improve the degree of difficulty of patients’ daily life.2. In short, modified Qinglongbaiwei acupuncture method for degree of pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis, TCM symptoms and lower limb function has remarkable curative effect, but the domestic the special few studies should be further intensify the study and clinical application.
