Speciality : Through clinical observation of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation therapy on clinical effects of life quality of coronary heart disease patients afer PCI, to explore the effective clinical treatment after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods : 76 cases of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI are all from cardiopulmonary rehabilitation center of Taihe Rehabilitation Hospital. The selected patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group 38 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation therapy on the bases of conventional drug treatment, while the control group merely taken rehabilitation therapy based on conventional drug treatment. Drug treatment: both of the two groups were given standard drug treatment after percutaneous coronary intervention. All patients taken 100 mg Bayaspirin tablets and 75 mg Clopidogrel tablets once per day, those combined with high blood pressure or diabetes were given corresponding step-down or lipid-lowering drugs. rehabilitation therapy: on the premise of the same amount of exercise, the patients belong to the same level in the risk stratification should proceed exercise therapy according to individual and diverse sports programme. Acupuncture treatment: the treatment group was given an additional acupuncture treatment, acupuncture treatment should be proceeded dialectically and five times per week. Observed in 6 weeks, comparation were conducted before and after treatment of lipids, six-minute walk test, left ventricular ejection fraction, Seattle Angina scale scores to check if there is statistically significant difference. And all data was statistical analyzed via SPSS17.0 statistical software.Result : The age, gender, course of disease after PCI, cardiac function, the degree of coronary artery lesions, the risk stratification of patients with the number of cases had no significant difference(p > 0. 05) so that it was comparable. Blood lipid levels, 6-minute walk test, left ventricular ejection fraction, the Seattle angina scores were observed in all patients before treatment, and there were no statistically significant differences(p > 0. 05). There were differences(p < 0. 05) among the patients of the four indices after treatment, and compared treatment group with control group, there are differences(p < 0. 05) after treatment, treatment group surpassed control group. Conclusion : From this study we found that acupuncture and moxibustion combined with cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy is significant in improving heart function, controlling risk factors, reducing complications and improving patients ’ quality of life.1.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy can significantly reduce blood fat level in coronary heart disease patients after PCI, the elimination of risk factors and coronary stent restenosis prevention does significant effect on the postoperative prognosis in patients. 2.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy can obviously increase the 6min walk test distance of coronary heart disease patients after PCI, increase exercise endurance, improve heart function, and with the increase of time and exercise it significantly improved exercise tolerance. 3.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment can significantly improve patients ’ left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac function in patients is marked with improvements. 4.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment significantly improved patients’ Seattle angina scores, it was statistically significant compared with control group. And it proved that acupuncture and moxibustion combined with cardiac rehabilitation can improve the quality of life of coronary heart disease patients after PCI. 5.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment on coronary heart disease patients after PCI realized comprehensive and continuous health management, it is of great significance to improve the patient’s health education management, to control risk factors, to delay the disease development process and to improve the quality of life. |
