The Clinical Research Of Heluo Method In The Treatment Of HBV Collateral Qi Stagnation

Objective: Prove the Collateral disease theory and treatment effects of using Heluo method to treat HBV Hypochondriac pain by comparing in control group which only uses western medicine to treat the disease, and treatment group, which uses western medicine and Heluo method to treat the disease. Then Discuss the Pathogenesis of HBV Hypochondriac pain and Mechanism of action of Heluo method.Methods: 40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group was 20 patients. Control group gives western medicine to protect liver and let the people in the group to have a good rest and a healthy diet. The treatment group based on the control group, then give Heluo method. The Basic prescription is as follows: chaihu 8g~10g faxia 10 g dangshen 15 g huangqin 10 g ganchao 10 g shanzhuyu 15 g rendongteng 20 g danshen 15 g, who combining Shoulder and back pain add guizhi shaoyao,who combining Lumbocrural pain add danggui mugua ruxiang moyao, who has acute ache add paoshanjia chuanlianzi. Record the TCM Symptom score ALT AST GGT ALP TE((transient elastography) and BITL before and after the treatment and observe the Safety index during the treatment. Enter data into EXCEL then using SPSS 22.0 to handle the data. All of the measurement data show as (?)±s. Count data show as the number of cases. Rank sum test was used to analyze the data, and the data were compared with independent samples t test, and the paired samples t test was used before and after the group comparison. P for bilateral testing, P < 0.01 for a very significant difference, P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results: After the treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 90%, the total effective rate of control group was 55%, after statistical analysis, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05), the curative effect of treatment group was better than the curative effect of control group.After the treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups’ TCM Symptom score especially in the symptom of pain, insomnia, irritability, dry eye(P < 0.05), and treatment group was better than the curative effect of control group.After the treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups’ GGT ALP and the leve of Hepatic fibrosis(P< 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups’ ALT AST and TBIL(P>0.05).There was significant difference(P>0.05), comparing with the 2 groups’ safety indexes between before and after treatment.Conclusion: Heluo method is good at treating HBV and the Hypochondriac pain caused by HBV. It is particularly good at the symptom of pain, insomnia, irritability, dry eye. It is good at reducing the patients’ GGT and ALP;and it is good at polishing up the leve of Hepatic fibrosis too. There were no serious adverse events during treatment, so Heluo method is safety.
