| Objective: To observe the effects of Western medicine basic therapy combined with modified Ling Gui Shu Gan Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure(heart and kidney yang deficiency type)clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: according to the inclusion criteria into the screening of chronic heart failure(heart and kidney yang deficiency type)patients in 60 cases,60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group,The control group were given conventional treatment of Western medicine and drugs: hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg,QD;metoprolol 12.5mg g,bid,spironolactone 20 mg QD;enalapril 5mg bid;also including oxygen,sodium restriction in bed;the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,if patients without contraindications to beta blockers,Betaloc maximum dose small dose should be increased to be maintained after the patients can tolerate,unless the patient deteriorated or aggravated in general,not given aminophylline,cedilanid and furosemide intravenous etc.In the experimental group,on the basis of Western medicine therapy given Jiawei Ling Gui Shu Gan Decoction in the treatment of oral and specific drugs: Poria,Alisma,Baizhu 12 g,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata 9g,Danshen 15 g,peach kernel,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Rhizoma Zingiberis 6g,decoction orally,each taking 100 ml,3 times a day.The two groups were 4 weeks of treatment.In the testing process to rhythm,heart rate,blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function,clinical symptoms of changes as safety observation index,taking Ling Gui Shu Gan Decoction on chronic heart failure(heart and kidney yang deficiency type)patient safety influence in this evaluation;with BNP values decreased,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),E /A ratio,left ventricular diastolic end diastolic diameter(FS),6 minutes walk test,syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine as the heart function improvement or deterioration of the evaluation index,test before and after these indicators for statistical analysis.Analyze the data we use SPSS statistical software,analysis in the process of measurement data using t test and application of count data card test,the level of data rank and inspection,finally the statistical results of the analysis results.result:1,Curative effect evaluation: test group the total efficiency was 93.3% in the control group,the total effective rate was 70%,between the two groups after treatment clinical curative effect is obvious,but in test group was better(P <0.05).The results show that the difference in efficacy between the two groups has statistical significance.2,clinical symptom score comparison: the experimental group and the control group in the treatment of TCM syndrome score were significantly reduced(P <0.05),with statistical significance,but the test group decreased more significantly,improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms better.3,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF): the experimental group and the control group at the end of the treatment course,ultrasound to check left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were decreased significantly,but in the experimental group improved the most obvious(P <0.05).Statistical results show that the difference was statistically significant.4,left ventricular end diastolic diameter comparison: two groups can improve the patients with FS,before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).But the experimental group was more effective.5,BNP comparison: after treatment,the two groups of patients with BNP than before treatment decreased,but the test group decreased more significantly,between the two groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance.6,6min walking experimental comparison: two groups of patients in the treatment of 6min after walking distance than before treatment were significantly increased,but the experimental group to improve(P<0.05),with statistical significance.7,the safety evaluation: in the testing process does not appear obvious adverse reactions and laboratory indicators of three conventional,liver and kidney function without obvious effect,indicate that Jiawei Ling Gui Shu Gan Decoction is safe and reliable.Conclusion:1.Western medicine foundation treatment combined with Jiawei Ling Gui operation Gan Decoction in the treatment of heart failure has good curative effect,is the ideal drug for heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure patients.2,modified Ling Gui Shu Gan Decoction can significantly improve chronic heart failure(heart and kidney yang deficiency type)in patients with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,LVEF,BNP and other indicators,to improve the quality of life in patients with heart failure and delay the progression of heart failure deterioration has an important role.3,modified Ling Gui Shu Gan Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure(heart and kidney yang deficiency type)of laboratory indexes without adverse effects,and no adverse reaction,safe and reliable and compliance. |
