A Clinical Studny On The Effect Of Qiagxinkechuan Decoction In Treating Patients With Type Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency Chronic Heart Failure On Decompensation

Objective：The mechanism of chronic heart failure on decompensation is heart andkidney Yang deficiency、 blood stasis and water stop. According to this theory,qiangxinkechuan decoction was prescribed.My research is to investigate the therapeuticeffect of qiangxinkechuan decoction in treating patients with type heart and kidney Yangdeficiency chronic heart failure on decompensation.Method：91patients were randomly divided into2groups,45cases in the controlgroup received common therapy including position、rest、limb rotation ligation、oxygenuptake、diet control、the input and output fluid control and medicine, while another46cases in the treatment group were treated basically as that of the above group, but withadditional qiangxinkechuan decoction.Chinese medical symptom score、parameters ofleft ventricular function on ultrasonic cardiography、NT-proBNP and hospitalized time wereobserved. Clinical therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results： The clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment group was more significantthan that of the control group. The total effective rate was91.2%in the treatment groupand71.1%in the control group.The decrease of NT-proBNP in the treatment group is moreobvious than that in the control group. Hospitalized time of the treatment group is less than thatof the control group.Conclusion：It suggested that the qiangxinkechuan decoction was efficient intreating patients with type heart and kidney Yang deficiency chronic heart failure ondecompensation. It confirmed that the mechanism of chronic heart failure on decompensation was heart and kidney Yang deficiency and that the main principle oftreatment was warming yang、benefiting qi、promoting blood circulation and inducingdiuresis. It provided the evidence for its clinical application.
