Research On The Effects Of Supplementing Qi,Reinforcing Kidney And Activating Blood On The Pregnancy Outcome In Women With Immune Recurrent Abotion And On Multiple Anti-reproductive Antibodies

Objective To investigate the effects of increasing the rate of successful pregnancy and improving pregnancy outcome, as well as on multiple anti-reproductive antibodies, about patients of the immune recurrent spontaneous abortion, with the recipe of supplementing Qi, reinforcing Kidney and activating blood.Methods There were all 92 qualified cases according to the criteria of investigation. The anticardiolipin antibody, antisperm antibody,antiovarian antibody, antizonapellucida antibody and antiendometrium antibody were detected before and after treatment,respectively. The recipe of supplementing Qi, reinforcing Kidney and activating blood was administrated for 3 months before trial pregnancy, at the same time, the patients were advised to conduct birth control, and from the fourth month began to try pregnancy.The recipe of supplementing Qi, reinforcing Kidney and activatingblood would be ceased once the patients were pregnant,and appropriate Chinese medicine or western medicine would be given to prevent miscarriage; otherwise, the recipe would be continued.After 3 courses, the therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results(1)Pregnancy rates and successful pregnancy rates: after the first course of treatment, there were 63 and 54 cases of pregnancy and successful pregnancy, and with the successful pregnancy rate of 58.70%. After the second course of treatment,the accumulative cases of pregnancy and successful pregnancy were78 and 68, and with the accumulative pregnancy rate of 84.78% and the accumulative successful pregnancy rate of 73.91%. After the third course of treatment, the accumulative cases of pregnancy and successful pregnancy were 83 and 80, respectively, with the accumulative pregnancy rate of 90.21% and the accumulative successful pregnancy rate of 86.96%. After the 1-2 courses of trial pregnancy, compared the same course of treatment among three age groups, it was showed that there was no significant difference in the rate of accumulative pregnancy and the rate of accumulative successful pregnancy among each age group(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the accumulative pregnancy rate in all age groups in the third course of trial pregnancy(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the age group I and the age group II(P>0.05),in the accumulative successful pregnancy rate, there was significant difference between the age group I and the age group III or between the age group II and the age group III, it showed that the accumulative successful pregnancy rates were similar between the age group I and the age group II, the accumulative successful pregnancy rates of the age group I and the age group II were both greater than the age group III.(2)The improvement of anti-reproductive antibodies: the negative conversion ratios of the antibodies were all high in the five antibody groups after treatment. There was no statistical difference when compared between the same course of treatment in all groups after treatment (P>0.05),each group obtained good effects.(3)The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs: the total effective rate of the improved clinical symptoms and signs after treatment was up to90.22%. There was no significant difference in the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs when compared among three age groups(P>0.05), with same therapeutic effects in each group.(4) The improvement of major symptoms and signs: the improvement of all major symptoms and signs in all groups after treatment was as follows: there was significant difference in all symptoms and signs,in the age group I and the age group II after treatment(P<0.01),there were significant differences in the symptoms such as menstrual blood volume, fatigue, facial and orbital spots, gloomy or pale complexion, in the age group III after treatment(P<0.01 or0.05), but there were no significant differences in symptoms like soreness and weakness of waist and knees and lower abdominal pain or falling(P>0.05).Conclusion The method of supplementing Qi, reinforcing Kidney and activatingblood could significantly increase the pregnancy rates and successful pregnancy rates of patients with immune recurrent abortion, improve the pregnancy outcome, clinical symptoms and signs; and play an excellent role in the negative transforming effect on multiple anti-reproductive antibodies of patients with immune recurrent abortion.
