Clinical Observation Of Self Disease Treated Pain Caused By Dysmenorrhea Adenomyosis(Phlegm Certificate)

Propose: This issue belongs to the Chinese Gynecology clinical research,focusing on gynecology common disease-adenomyosis.Self observation of disease and pain Treated adenomyosis dysmenorrhea refers to clinical efficacy(phlegm syndrome),and to explore it caused and further improve adenomyosis Diseases caused by its quality of life of patients for clinical treatment provide new ideas.Methods: The subjects randomized controlled clinical trials of parallel design approach,with the self of disease and pain soup Sanjie analgesic capsules efficacy comparison to the clinical met the inclusion criteria adenomyosis due to dysmenorrhea(phlegm junction Syndrome)patients in this study,72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,in which the test group of 36 patients given self soup of disease and pain,usage of at least 7days before menstruation began taking decoction juice 300 ml,daily one,morning and evening,warm clothes 150 ml,even for 10 days.36 control group were given capsules Sanjie analgesic usage was within 7 days before menstruation began taking a four,three times a day,and even served 10 days.A course of three months,one month follow-up.During the patient is asked to take drugs without clothes other pain medications.According symptom assessment of patients before and after treatment were analyzed statistically,to be therapeutic efficacy.Results: The test group and the control group of 36 patients,after the above courses of treatment,the test group: 3 cured cases,20 significantly effective cases,11 effective cases,2ineffective cases,the proportion of each cases is 8.33%、 55.56%、 30.56%、 5.56% and the total effective rate is 94.44 %.Control group: 0 cured cases,8 significantly effective cases,19 effective cases,9 ineffective cases,the proportion of each cases is0%、22.22%、52.78%、25% and the total effective rate is 75%.It is significant difference(P <0.05)that the test group is better than the control group.Conclusion: The self side on the clinical efficacy of dysmenorrhea(phlegm Syndrome)treatment of patients with adenomyosis due to significantly better than taking capsules Sanjie analgesic control group,in order to strengthen the promotion of appropriate clinical treatment of patients effect,reduce patient pain.
