The Clinical Study Of Electro-acupuncture Yanglingquan And Acupuncture Ashi Points Therapy In Treatment Of Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

Purpose: Compare EA Yanglingquan combined with Acupuncture Ashi points therapy and simple acupuncture points difference in clinical efficacy of treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome,in order to verify affirmative action EA Yanglingquan tendon injury disease.Method: A total of 60 patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome who were enrolled in the study were enrolled in this study,each of the subjects were assigned to the treatment group or the control group,The allocation method is a simple random method,that is,according to the time sequence of the distribution.In treatment group the treatment is acupuncture Yanglingquan acupuncture Ashi point treatment,the control group used a simple acupuncture point treatment,all treat for two periods of treatment,then observe results after treatment and one month after treatment.Result: The results showed that after the two course of treatment,two groups of subjects with signs and symptoms score have obvious improvement,pain scores decreased significantly,indicating that the two kinds of treatment methods in the treatment of this disease has good curative effect in the near future.In addition,at the end of treatment after 1month of follow-up in understanding,the treatment group subjects at the time of the visit symptoms and signs score,pain score and after treatment was compared with the results for elevated total score,pain score decreased,P < 0.05,the differences before and after has statistical significance;while the control group comparison results: P > 0.05,there is no statistically significance.Showing that the long-term curative effect of EA acupuncture Yanglingquan Ashi points is more stable than simple acupuncture point.Conclusion: The near effect of EA Yanglingquan Ashi combined with acupuncture in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome significantly;EA Yanglingquan Ashi combined with acupuncture treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome 1month after effective than simple acupuncture Ashi.Showing that EA acupuncture Yanglingquan points for muscle injury diseases have positive long-term effect,is worth promoting.
