| As the population in China ages,there is an increasing demand for medical services.Our country accelerates the development of township medical by encouraging social capital to join medical construction.Talent is the core of the development of medical institutions. Perfection township private hospitals compensation system is an important measure to solve the shortage of talent.A hospital,as a non-profit hospital,invested by social capital,plays a significant role in improving local health care level. However, the lack of personnel leads to the equipment idle.Age fault appears on the personnel structure,which threatens the long-term development of the hospital.Therefore,we hope to improve the loyalty of employees by refining the compensation system. Thus, offer protection for the long-term development of the hospital.Based on compensation distribution,compensation incentive and human capital theories,this paper applies human capital value theory,performance evaluation and compensation in the compensation system improvement of A hospital.Some problems are identified in the compensation system, which are mismatch of compensation system and strategy,low level compensation and small difference of compensation among employees.Based on the analysis of industry status,it analyzes the reasons,which are a lack of performance evaluation standard,out of considering demands of employees, etc. To solve the problems,this paper proposes the advices with the consideration of human capital,performance evaluation and compensation.Combined with human capital characteristics of medical personnel and features of non-pront hospital,compensation structure and performance evaluation standard are improve,so that the compensation of A hospital is competitive,guiding the behavior of employees and improving service quality and efficiency.A scientific and rational compensation system could play an important role in internal management and external competition of A hospital. By optimizing compensation system, the hospital can improve the motivation and loyalty of employee,at the same time,retain personnel that is familiar with the hospital environment,which are significant in improving medical service quality,efficiency and supporting long-term development of A hospital. |
