| There has been still no breakthrough in the reform of medical sector in our country, which began 10 years ago. Meantime the competition for educated persons of medical domain is becoming intense between private, join and public hospital. Hence the reforms of personnel systems in public hospital have to be on the schedule. The pricing of human capital and Increment incentives is one of the most important researches among them. Although there are many researches on pricing of human capital and Increment incentives in enterprise made by domestic and overseas scholars, there are few on the same topic in hospital domain. Thus more attention should be paid to how to price the human capital and Increment incentives in hospital scientifically, comprehensively, and effectivelyBased on the above status, this thesis makes a systematic research on pricing of human capital and Increment incentives in hospital domain, using economics, management theory, and system analysis. The main work and creativity are as follows:1. This thesis applies the theory and method of pricing human capital to medical domain, which is the first attempt in the domain. We exploring specialize in human capital pricing and increment incentives in hospital domain. Our study has the following three significant meanings: a) expanding of research domain; b) lead of research direction; c) guide for managerial practice of hospital.2. We address the 2-dimension and 9-squares to sort human capital in hospital domain and clarify the character of pricing of human capital of hospital systematically, which are the basis for further discussion.3. We address the importance of the demanding part of human capital for the establishment of the index for pricing the human capital as well as the replying part. We also analyze the factors which have impact on pricing of human capital. And then we establish the index system for pricing human capital of hospital.4. We address the flow chart, which aims at pricing human capital of hospital. Then we establish three models for pricing human capital, using the Relativity method, Knowledge-capital theory and the System method, respectively.5. According to the high knowledge and high risk, we discuss hidden human capital and approach to show it, which is of great importance and imminence. We also address the basic frame and method for pricing hidden human capital. |
