Research purposes: Mixed urinary incontinence is a common clinical disease, mainly in adult women. Mixed urinary incontinence is not a direct threat to life, but it has serious impact on the patient’s daily behavior, social and mental health. Acupuncture moxibustion therapy is a combining of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion stimulation. Through the method of acupoint heat stimulation to maintain and strengthen acupuncture Deqi sense, moxa stick itself also has some medicinal properties, together ing them will enhance the clinical efficacy. From September 2014 to September 2015, I had observed 70 clinical cases in Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital. In observation,70 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the first group for the treatment group( acupuncture combined with moxibustion group),second group was the control group( common acupuncture group). Changes of one hour pad test, 72 hours voiding diary cards, ICIQ-SF scales etc. were as compared before and after treatment. Then explore the effects of acupuncture combined with moxibustion treatment of female with mixed urinary incontinence on this basis, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of the use of acupuncture combined with moxibustion treatment of female with mixed urinary incontinence.Research methods: From September 2014 to September 2015, our hospital had collected 60 cases of female patients with mixed urinary incontinence. Patients consist of open recruitment volunteers and our hospital clinic patients. The general situation of the two groups of patients by statistical analysis, having no significant differences in age,duration(P<0.05), therefore data are comparable. According to the sequence,70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 in each group, by using randomized clinical study central system. The treatment group: Acupuncture bilateral Ciliao,Huiyang, Zusanli and Sanyinjiao. Bilateral Huiyang acupoints and bilateral Zhongliao acupoints combined with moxibustion treatment, 3 times a week, each time the needle for 30 minutes, for twelve weeks; Control group: bilateral Ciliao acupuncture, Zusanli and Sanyinjiao, Huiyang. Treatment 3 times a week, each time the needle for 30 minutes, for twelve weeks. After treatment two groups of patients were followed for 6 weeks, a total of 18 weeks. Before and after the treatment of 72 hour pad test,1 hour urine voiding diary card, ICIQ- SF scale and other indicators between groups and within groups, were compared before and after treatment, and the results were statistically analyzed.Research result: Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups: the total effective rate of treatment group was80, the effective rate of control group was68.57, by statistical analysis, comparison between groups of clinical efficacy have significant difference(P<0.05), showed that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than control group. The 1 hour urine pad test results of treatment group was better than that of control group, there was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05). Urinary incontinence treatment group 72 hours voiding diary card than the control group, a significant difference(P<0.05) before and after treatment. The treatment group ICIQ-SF scale than the control group, there was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05). The effectiveness of each index in the treatment group were better than the control group.lurine volume treatment group than the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.05)before and after. Research conclusions: Through the treatment group and the control group of patients with treatment, the conclusion is acupuncture combined with moxibustion and acupuncture therapy are effective in women with mixed urinary incontinence, but the treatment group was better than control group. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy can significantly improve patients with symptoms of urinary incontinence, and without any adverse reactions and side effects, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
