| Objective: Collect and trim the medical record of patients after the LDH operation, by statistics and analyzing above data, observe xiaozheng powder and TAES joint treatment impacting on postoperative rehabili tation of LDH.Methods: According to the standard of being brought into and excluded strictly,select 98 LDH patients in Wuhan No.1 Hospital from June 2014 to December 2015,those patients are all attacked by a disease of single lumbar disc herniation, who are aging from 50 to 65 years old and whose average age was about 60 year sold,and all chose the same internal fixation surgery to clear lesion lumbar disc and fuse the lumbar.From the first to third postoperative day giving them conventional anti-inflammatory, dehydration treatment,and Loxoprofen Sidium Tablets(60mg,po,tid)and Me Cobalamin Tablets(0.5mg,po,tid)joint Oral treatment. Divid them into the observation group and the control group( Group A and Group B) according to different treatment methods.After operation,giving Group B nothing except the above treatment; Group A use Han’s 200 A acupoint nerve stimulator to irritate acupoint, in seven days after operation uniting Xiaozheng Powder fomentation. Group A including 30 men and 20 women while Group B including 27 men and 21 women, their courese of disease ranged from one to six month and their LDH were situated in L4-5 and L5-S1 at the most.Meanwhile,clearing up the information about their nationality, occupation, residence and soon, bring the above data into the statistical calculation,P> 0.05,which is statistically insignificant, indicating that two groups of data are comparable.evaluating lumbar function by using Low back pain JOA score quantization tables and ODI score,and evaluating the pain degree by VAS score, the JOA score is higher and the patient ’s lumbar function is more better,while VAS is the opposite.Use endotrac heal anesthesia in the operation an danalgesic pump after the operation.For the influence of trachea,the scores of JOA and VAS occurre big error.There fore, this study collected before surgery, second days after surgery, after 2 week and one month’s data to be compared and analyzed.Results: 1.Comparing observation group with the control group by low back pain JOA score 、 VASs core and ODI score after surgery two weeks,P<0.05,with statistically significance. 2.Comparing Group A with Group B by low back pain JOA score, VAS score and ODI score after surgery a month, P<0.05, with statistically significance. 3.The totally effective ratio of the observation group after surgery two weeks was 50.0%,and the control group was 31.25%; After surgery a month,the effective rate of the observa tion group was 98.0%,and the control group was 97.9%,which is little difference between the two groups,but on the cure rate the 36. 0% of the observation group was far higher than the 16.67% of the control group.Conclusion: Regardless of Xiaozheng powder and TAES joint treatment,or Loxoprofen Sidium Tablets and Me Cobalamin Tablets joint oral treatment, they all have the facilitation in accelerating rehabilitation and relieving pain of LDH,and the former is better than the latter. |
