| ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction on B16 melanoma Cells of melanogenesisMethod CCK8 assay was used to test the cell activity,RT-PCR was applied to measure the m RNA expression levels of Tyrosinase(TYR),Tyrosinase related protein 1(TRP-1)and Tyrosinase related protein2(TRP-2).Results Compared with the control group, Xiaochaihu Decoction can significantly suppress melanogenesis of B16 melanoma cells,and the mechanism was probably associated with the down-regulation the m RNA expression of TYR,TRP-1,TRP-2 in B16 melanoma cells(P<0.05,P<0.01)Conclusion Xiaochaihu Decoction could significantly suppress melanin synthesis and TYR activity in B16 melanoma cells. Xiaochaihu Decoction could also significantly decrease the melanogenesis by down-regulating the m RNA expression levels of TYR,TRP-1,TRP-2. |
