Objective:This paper aims at studying the changes of serum ferritin( SF) and Homocysteine(Homocysteine, Hcy) level in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM) with non-alcoholic Fatty Liver(NAFLD) patients, and to find the correlation factors that affect SF、Hcy level,to pay more attention to the potential risk factors for intervention in T2 DM with NAFLD patients, so as to improve the early diagnostic rate. Methods:This study collect 124 cases of patients, and the research object were divided into four groups: 32 type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(group A), 29 type 2 diabetes mellitus group without non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(group B:), 31non-alcoholic fatty liver disease without diabetes(group C), 32 physical health without diabetes and fatty liver(group D).Their blood pressure 、height、weight were measured, we instructed the research object on an empty stomach12 hours, than measured serum ferritin(SF) 、homocysteine(Hcy), fasting insulin(FINS), TG), cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein(LDL), high-density lipoprotein(HDL), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C) levels, liver ultrasonic were examined, the indexes of insulin resistance(HOMA IR), body mass index(BMI)were calculated.Using the statistical software SPSS 20.0 to analyze data, categorical data by chi-square test, measurement data using the mean and standard deviation, mean comparisons between groups using analysis of variance, the Bonferroni test, two comparison between the correlation using Pearson correlation analysis, and Logistic multivariate regression analysis the influence factor of significant.Results:1,The age, sex ratio in four groups A, B, C, D have no statistically significant difference.2, The level of BMI,FBG, FINS, SF, Hcy, HOMA IR, TC, TG, LDL, HDL-C,ALT, AST, GGT in the four groups A, B, C, D were difference, there are statistical significance(P < 0.05);The level of BMI, FBG, FINS, SF, Hcy, HOMA IR, TC, TG,LDL,in the four groups A, B, C, D reduced gradually while HDL-C increased;Comparing to the other groups, the level of ALT, AST, GGT in group A was highest, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).4, SF, HCY, BMI, TC, TG, LDL-C, FINS, HOMA-IR were risk factors for T2 DM with NAFLD.Conclusion:1, The level of SF, Hcy in T2 DM patients and NAFLD patients were higher, they were risk factors for T2 DM with NAFLD. By detecting the level of Hcy and SF clinically may help to early intervention and treatment in patients with T2 DM with NAFLD.2,The level of SF, Hcy were closely related to insulin resistance, obesity, lipid metabolic disorder, and could influence each other, jointly accelerate the occurrence and development of T2 DM patients with NAFLD.By reducing weight and insulin sensitivity measures may make the development of T2 DM patients to NAFLD have certain delay.
