Background Due to working section gather together to speed up,the global environment serious pollution,the occurrence of infertility caused worldwide attention.The birth and development of assisted reproduction bring unprecedented hope for infertile patients.Another application of super ovulation drugs,make high quality eggs for possible.But the clinical pregnancy rate has always remain at 40% to 60%.How to improve the success rate of assisted reproductive technology became the reproductive medicine to solve diffculties.So the uterus accept ability of embryos,the synchronicity of embryos and endometrium has become the focus of experts.Objective 1.Discussion on promoting ovulation drugs affect the receptivity of endometrium.2.Understanding of Kuntai capsule on influence of the receptivity of endometrium and it’s mechanism of action.Than we can present new ways and methds for treating the lower receptivity of endomtrium.Methods The 180 only six to eight weeks of 180 Kunming female mouse were randomly divided to three groups.Group A is COH.Group B is COH+Kuntai capsule.Group C is control group.The 90 only eight to ten weeks male mouse.All mouse diet free.Eact group give the corresponding drug treatment.Female:Male ratio 2:1 in cage.The next day morning check vaginal discharge,Markd d1,the next d2,d3,d4,d5,d6.Every day each group of cervical dislocation executed 5to 10 female mices.Determination E2 and P levels.Count the number of glands.Determination the IOD of immunohistochemistry.Scrape the endometrium and make gene detection.These indicators are campared between groups.Results 1.Hormone determination.the estrogen and progesterone of group A and B are obviously higher than group C,and this difference is statistically sianificant.2.HE staining.The endometrial development of group A compared with group B and C behind,number of gland less.Bnt there is no difference between B and C.3.Immunhistochmical results.LPAR3 and COX-2 expression has certain regularity.The quantity of LPAR3 increase gradually from d1 to d3 in group A,and drop off from d3 to d6.The peak of LPRA3 at d3.Well the pear in group B and C appear one day late than A.And the number of pear in group B and C are higher than group A.This difference is statistically sianificant The COX-2 always appears and increase after the pear of LPAR3.4.RT-PCR result.Detection of grey value.The pear of LPAR3 appears at d3,but group B and C at d4,and the number of pear in group B and C is higher than A,the difference is statistically sianificant.The COX-2 expression and increasing at d3 in group A,well at d4 in group B and C.Conclusion 1.COH drugs may be due to the unusually high of E2 and P4,and abnormal appearance of LPAR3 and COX-2 in rats.Perhaps these lead to a decline in the receptivity of endomutrium.2.Kuntai capsule does not affect stimulate ovulation after endometrial estrogen and progesterone levels in mice.May be it through LPAR3 and COX-2 lower improve the receptive endometrium.Then to improve the clinical pregnancy rate after stimulate ovulation.
