Objective:To investigate the characteristics of leukoaraiosis in patients with sleep disorders and cognitive impairment. Methods:Collected from the 2013 to 2014 visit to leukoaraiosis (LA) patients Suzhou City People’s Hospital inpatient department of neurology, conducted the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale (PSQI) score, which is divided into sleeping disorder patients with and without sleep disorders group; conduct Montreal cognitive scale (MoCA) score, will be divided into mild, moderate and severe cognitive impairment group, with the healthy population control group (NC group) were compared explore LA and sleep disorders, correlation correlation and LA in patients with cognitive impairment in sleep disorders and cognitive disorders; based on cranial CT and MRI findings in patients, according to the LA in patients with osteoporosis different degrees of white matter that is divided into four groups LA-1 group, LA-2 group, LA-3 group, LA-4 group. Investigation into the group of patients with previous history, to understand their vascular risk factors LA and LA correlation.Results:1. LA group the incidence of sleep disorders was significantly higher than the healthy control group(X2= 16.39, P= 0.021); Sleep Disorders and LA there is a positive correlation (r= 0.186, P= 0.012);2 LA group cognitive function Obstacles were significantly higher (74.44-8.89), cognitive dysfunction correlated with LA (x2= 4.157, P= 0.028);3 LA group also suffering from sleep disorders and cognitive disorders accounted for all 63.3% of cases (57/90), both correlated (r= 0.704, P <0.001) and better consistency (Z= 0.257, P <0.001);.4 LA grade correlated with cognitive dysfunction, progressive Spearman rank correlation analysis, the correlation coefficient rs= 0.875, because the total number of cases more than 50 cases, the calculation is 7.875 u, u border check value table (P<0.01), statistically significant; 5 patients of LA The vascular risk factors were analyzed and compared, found that the correlation of different grade there are differences, which hypertensive patients, the incidence of diabetes and LA correlation (χ2= 11.42, P= 0.012;χ2= 4.97, P= 0.031), the difference statistical significance; 6.LA multivariate factors Logistic Regression analysis showed hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, smoking, alcohol consumption and the incidence of LA unrelated (P> 0.05); 7.LA group increased with grade LA, PSQI score successively increased (P<0.05). Regression analysis showed that age, hypertension, diabetes, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) and other sleep disorders in patients with LA.Conclusions:1.LA and sleep disorders, cognitive dysfunction is a close correlation; LA patients, sleep disorders and cognitive dysfunction are relevant;2. LA extent of white matter loose their sleep disorders in patients with higher degree of cognitive impairment more severe; 3. LA’s major independent risk factors include age, high blood pressure and diabetes, and the number of age and grade of LA was upward trend; 4.LA patients with sleep disorders, and with LA lesions, closely related to the degree of cognitive impairment, age, hypertension, and diabetes. |
