Clinical Study Of Buqihuoxuefa Intervention Of Postoperative Recurrence Of Ovarian Chocolate Cyst

Objective: Through observating the effect of Buqihuoxuefa and combined GnRHa(injection with leuprolide acetate Ruilin microspheres)on the ovarian chocolate cyst(called artful bursa for short) recurrence after intervention,we aimed to reveal Chinese medicine treatment of the disease of advantage,making up the deficiency of Western medicine in the field,and prove the synergistic effect of superposition in traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine,so as to seek a better integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment methods of the disease.Methods:60 patients with ovarian chocolate cyst diagnosis,in our hospital choose from September 2014 to April 2015 Randomly divided into 3groups,namely A group(Chinese medicine group)20 cases;B group(Western medicine group)20 cases,C group(traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group)20 cases.3 groups of patients accept 3months of treatment after the surgery 1 week,6 months of follow-up.Observing the clinical efficacy,symptom remission and TCM symptom score,gynecological B ultrasound changes(block size package),CA125(Means serum CA125),and application of statistical software related,come to the conclusion.Results:(1)Improving symptoms: In 20 cases of Chinese medicine group,1 case was cured,14 cases with markedly significant curative effects,markedly effective 2 cases,3 cases were invalid,the total efficiency was 85%;in 20 cases of Western medicine group,no case was cured,1 case withmarkedly significant curative effects,markedly effective 15 cases,4 cases were invalid,the total efficiency of 80%;20 cases of group of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine cured 2 cases,14 cases with markedly significant curative effects,markedly effective 3 cases,1 case was invalid,the total efficiency was 95%;three groups between the two groups of patients,compare: three groups of patients with pairwise comparison has significant difference(P < 0.05).According to the total efficiency shows,in improving symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with group curative effect best,followed by the traditional Chinese medicine group,curative effect of Western Medicine group is relatively poor.(2)Summary of the results after the completion of the follow-up: B ultrasound guided puncture smear and pathology confirmed that there were 3cases in A group,2 cases in B group had,and none in C group.In the TCM Syndrome Evaluation,3 cases was Invalid in the A group,the invalid number of B group was 4 cases,the C group was invalid for 1 cases.The CA125 of the patients in each group were decreased compared with the preoperative,and there were 3 cases,2 cases and none which the CA125 increased later in group A,B and C.So the recurrence rate was 15%,10%,0%.Therefore,in the prevention of recurrence of chocolate cyst,traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with group curative effect best,followed by Western Medicine group,curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group is relatively poor.(3)In summary,in improving symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with group curative effect best,followed by the traditional Chinese medicine group,curative effect of Western Medicine group is relatively poor.In the prevention and treatment of chocolate cyst recurrence,traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combinedwith group curative effect best,followed by Western Medicine group,curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group is relatively poor.It can be seen that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine is the best treatment for the disease,while the traditional Chinese medicine group has its own advantages in improving the symptoms of patients,is worthy of clinical application and promotion.Conclusion: The study showed that: Buqihuoxuefa could improve the symptom of lower abdominal pain and dysmenorrhea,dyspareunia symptoms and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate significantly by supplementing qi and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis;combined with GnRHa,which not only could improve clinical curative effect,but also reduces the clinical side effect of GnRHa,fully embodies the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine advantages.
