Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Ovarian Chocolate Cyst Of Blood Stasis Type With Lichong Decoction

ObjectiveThe clinical symptoms,the size of ovarian cyst and the change of serum CA125 level were observed after the treatment.The clinical effect of the treatment was analyzed to provide a treatment plan for the future clinical treatment of blood stasis type ovarian chocolate cyst.MethodFrom October 2018 to January 2020,30 patients were selected from the outpatient and ward of Professor Han fengjuan,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.Li Chong decoction was given orally,decoction 300 ml,twice warm in the morning and evening,and stopped taking during menstrual period.One menstrual cycle is one course of treatment,three courses of continuous treatment.Before and after treatment,the patients’ TCM syndrome score,serum CA125 level,gynecology B ultrasound and related safety indexes were compared.Result1.Total score of TCM syndromes: 3 cases recovered after treatment,6cases were effective,18 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,of which the cure rate was 10%,the effective rate was 20%,the effective rate was 60%,and the total effective rate was 90%.2.Serum CA125 level: the number of patients with serum CA125 ≥ 35 u /ml before treatment was 19,and the number of patients with serum CA125 ≥35u / ml after treatment was 8,which was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01).3.The maximum diameter of ovarian chocolate cyst: after treatment,the maximum diameter of ovarian chocolate cyst was significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.01).4.Total clinical effect: after treatment,1 case was cured,6 cases were effective,15 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,of which the cure rate was 3.33%,the effective rate was 20%,the effective rate was 50%,andthe total effective rate was 73.33%.Conclusion1.Lichong decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with blood stasis type ovarian chocolate cyst.2.The addition and subtraction of Lichong decoction can reduce the serum CA125 level of patients with blood stasis type ovarian chocolate cyst.3.Lichong decoction can reduce the volume of ovarian chocolate cyst with blood stasis.
