| Objective: Study on the clinical influence for fish oil lipid emulsion after the operation of malignant tumor of the gastrointestinal tract. Methods: There are 60 gastrointestinal malignant tumor patients in experiment is divided into two double-blind,randomized,controlled and controlled group. The parenteral nutrition of 30 patients in treatment group is 5 days of fish oil fat emulsion(0.1-0.2g/kg/day),The control nutrition of 30 patients in treatment group is Ordinary fat emulsion which provide same energy。Measurement with serum CRP level, length of hospital stay, etc of two groups of patients,All 5days parenteral nutrition for two groups provide same calorie and same nitrogen rate(The purpose is heat to 25 kcal/kg/day,nitrogen to0.2-0.3g/kg/day,kg use ideal body weight),difference is that the experimental use fish oil fat emulsion(Omeganven,10%,100ml/10 g,SSPC).observation target: APACHE II Evaluation(Preoperative and postoperative 6 days),serum CRP(Preoperative and postoperative 6 days),antibiotics consumption times, hospital stay and hospitalization expenses. Results: The results of the APACHE II evaluation and the CRP has statistical significance, antibiotics consumption times, hospital stay and hospitalization expenses had not statistical significance. Conclusions: In post operative patients with gastrointestinal tumors, fish oil fat emulsion can improve the prognosis. |
