| ObjectiveThis topic take randomized controlled method,Through observation,compariso n clinical efficacy of Baihui five Needle based method with conventional acupun cture method in the treatment of disharmony between Heart and Kidney type of insomnia,Discussion will be five baihui needle acupuncture treatment efficacy and advantages of the disharmony between Heart and Kidney type in the Insomnia,P rovide the basis for the promotion of the treatment of clinical application and pr omotion.MethodsTake come from three elderly outpatient and inpatient in 60 case patients of disharmony between Heart and Kidney type in the Insomnia met the inclusion criteria of anhui province acupuncture hospital.According to the randomized contr olled method is divided into "Baihui five Needle based" acupuncture group(Refe rred to as the treatment group) and conventional acupoint selection acupuncture g roup(Referred to as the control group) with 30 cases in each.All patients were t aking acupuncture treatment,The treatment group used Baihui five Needle plus sh enmen(HT7)and taixi(KI13),the conventional acupoint selection group used acupun ctureacupoints,yintang,sishencong,anmian,shenmen,zhaohai,shenmai.Both once a da y, seven days a course of treatment(treatment 6 days and 1 day of rest),the two groups were take effect evaluation after four treatment curative.Observation of T CM symptom score(disharmony between Heart and Kidney symptoms scale),Pit tsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) score and each factor score of change,All dat a will be processed using the statistical software SPSS19.0 statistical analysis and gain the results.Results1.Before the treatment, two groups of patients with baseline data by statistic al analysis and they were not statistically significant(P>0.05),comparable.2.At the end of treatment,in the Baihui five Needle based acupuncture group have 11 cases were cured,10 cases were remarkably effective,5cases were effectiv e,3cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 89.66%. While in the c onventional acupoint selection group have 6 cases were cured,6 cases were remar kably effective,9 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective and the total effect ive rate was 72.41%. The effective rate of the treatment group is higher than th e control group,and after treatment,the clinical effect of two group through the st atistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significan t(P<0.01),Therefore,the clinical efficacy of the Baihui five Needle based acupunct ure group than the conventional acupoint selection group.3.After treatment,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) score and each factor score of two groups compared with before treatment was significantly decreased,i ndicating two groups of methods can effectively improve the sleep status of pati ents;Comparison between the two groups(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating Baihui five Needle acupuncture method superior to conventio nal acupuncture method.4.After treatment,Two groups of patients with TCM syndrome score are sign ificantly decreased compared with before treatment,indicating two groups of meth ods can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms;Comparison between the two groups(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating Baihui five N eedle acupuncture method superior to conventional acupuncture method.ConclusionBoth the Baihui five Needle based acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy for have therapeutic effect in patients of disharmony between Heartand Kidney type in the Insomnia.But the Baihui five Needle based acupuncture group was significantly better than the conventional acupuncture group.Better able to improve the patient’s quality of sleep and the TCM symptom score symptom score, improve the quality of life of patients,For the clinical treatment of insomnia is a precise and effective treatment method, suitable for clinical promotion. |
