Clinical Research On Insomnia Of Heart-Kidney Disharmony Type By The Acupuncture With "Jiaotai Prescription"

Objective Through using the method of randomized controlled clinical study, to investigate the clinical curative effect of Insomnia of Heart-kidney Disharmony Type by the acupuncture with "Jiaotai prescription".Methods Collected 60 heart kidney incoordination insomnia patients who were treated in the acupuncture clinic of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2014. The 60 patients were divided randomly and equally into two groups, including 30 cases as the group JT,30 cases as the group CG. Patients in the CG group were treated by general acupuncture, while those in the JT group treated by acupuncture with Jiaotai prescription. Two groups of acupuncture treatment 1 times a day,6 times of treatment after 1 days of rest,24 times for a course of treatment, a total of 1 courses of treatment. All patients were assessed before and after treatment period. The evaluating items included; (1)PQSI (2)SRSS (3)5-HT (4)NE. The data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 17.0 for windows.Results â‘ From the point of clinical curative effect that the JT group and the CG group, the total efficiency of considerable (P>0.05). â‘¡The two group in the significant efficiency, JT Group better than the CG group(P<0.05). â‘¢From the improvement in PSQI scores, SRSS scores, NE value, JT Group is obviously superior to the CG group(P<0.01). â‘£From the improvement in 5-HT value,JT Group better than the CG group(P<0.05).Conclusion The innovative points of the subject was based on the rules of treatment according to syndrome differentiation, and according to clinical experience, study out Jiaotai prescription acupuncture treating incoordination between heart and kidney type insomnia. In order to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of each group, then explore clinical curative effect of Insomnia of Heart-kidney Disharmony Type by the Acupuncture with "Jiaotai prescription". Results show: â‘ The Jiaotai prescription and general acupoint can equally mprove insomnia patients clinical symptoms. â‘¡The Jiaotai prescription in the effective rate and curative rate is better than the general acupoint.
