| Objective: Based on the study of the tutor,using the Yigan Jiedu Decoction which is made by Professor Lv’s own experience and Lamivudine(LAM) to treat the patients of Chronicity hepatitis B(type of Shi Re Zhong Zu), by analyze the data of liver fuction, HBV-DAN-RCR,blood clotting function and TCM symptoms scores of the two groups,study the machenism and clinical effect of the methods, summarized the experience of Pro.Lv how to treat the Liver disease.Methods: According to the contnent of how to prevention and cure the virus hepatitis,68 patients of Chronicity hepatitis B were chosed and devided into two groups randomly, 34 cases in the treatment group were treated by Yigan Jiedu Decoction and LAM, and the other group of 34 cases were treated by LAM only, one treatment course was 24 weeks, observation of clinical symptoms, ALT, AST, PT-time, HBV-DAN-RCR changes were recorded before the treatment and in the 4,8,12,24 weeks’ treatment.Results:(1) Clinical assessment:The total rate of the effcient is 94%,and it has significant improvement than the group which used the LAM only,There is significant improvement was found in the group of TCM treatment(p<0.01),and was better than the LAM group(p<0.01),thus the TCM could enhance the effect of the treatment.(2) Symptomatic index evaluation:1)There was no obvious difference of liver function between control group, and treatment group before the cure(P>0.05), significant improvement of liver founction was found in two groups in the early 12 weeks(p<0.01).There was no obvious difference of between the treatment and the control group in 24 week(P>0.05).2) There was no obvious difference of the level of the between control group and treatment group before the cure(P>0.05), significant improvement of the level of the blood clotting function was found in two groups in the early 12 weeks(p<0.01).There was no obvious difference of between the treatment and the control group in 24 week(P>0.05).3)There was no obvious difference of the level of the HBV-DAN-RCR between control group and treatment group before the cure(P>0.05), significant improvement of the level of the HBV-DAN-RCR was found in two groups in the early 12 weeks(p<0.01).There was no obvious difference of between the treatment and the control group in 24 week(P>0.05).( 3) Safety index : Blood routine 、 urine routine 、 stool routine 、 kidney and electrocardiogram on two groups between pre treatment and post treatment are normal.Yigan Jiedu Decoction is based on Pro.Lv’s long term clinical experience,it’s a prescriptions which could tonify xu and emulgent shi.In Pro.Lv’s clinical mind,some of the CHB patient are not have symptoms obviously,but the shi and re toxins are pented up in the liver and gallbladder,if they were not be clean up on time,they’ll remain and will still be harmful.In addition,the most part of long-time liver disease will lead the lose of liver and spleen,lack of qi and the blood stasis resistane,empty of zheng and the toxin stay in the body,so,Pro.Lv insist on the treatment of clearing away heat and toxic materials.The main use of the decoction is clear away heat,toxic materials and shi,benefit liver and spleen,invigorating qi and blood.By the study,we can learn that,the decocotion will do good to the patient of CHB(type of shi re zhong zu).Conclusion: 1、Yigan Jiedu Decoction and LAM could obviously improved the symptoms of patient of Chronicity hepatitis B(type of Shi Re Zhong Zu), it could restrain the copy of virus and alleviated the inflammation of the liver.2、It has good curative effect to joint the Yigan Jiedu Decoction and LAM to treat the Chronicity hepatitis B(type of Shi Re Zhong Zu) than use the LAM only, but the effect is similar in the 24 week,and is more cheap in the early 12 weeks. |
