Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis By Yigan Huaxian Decoction Combined With Vemlidy

Objective: Through the comparison of the efficacy of Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate Tablets(Vemlidy)and Yigan Hua Xian Decoction in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis,we clarify the efficacy and safety of Yigan Hua Xian decoction.Methods: 60 cases of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis patients with liver depression,spleen deficiency,phlegm stasis blocking collaterals were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group took 25 mg Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate Tablets(Vemlidy)every day.On this basis,the experimental group was treated with Yigan Huaxian Decoction,one dose per day.Both groups were treated for 24 weeks.After treatment,we record,analyze and compare the curative effect indexes between the two groups before and after treatment,the effect indexes include TCM syndrome score,abdominal color Doppler ultrasound,Fibro Touch,liver function,liver fibrosis,as well as the safety indexes,which include ECG,renal function,coagulation and blood routine.Results: Chinese medicine Yigan Hua Xian Decoction combined with Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate Tablets(Vemlidy),in four indicators of the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis patients,in improving TCM syndrome score,abdominal color Doppler ultrasound integral,liver hardness measurement(LSM value),serum liver fibrosis were significantly better than using only Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate Tablets(Vemlidy)).Data analysis showed that there was significant difference between the results(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in safety between the two.Conclusion: Chinese medicine Yigan Hua Xian Decoction combined with Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate Tablets(Vemlidy)is effective in treating chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis with liver depression,spleen deficiency,phlegm stasis obstructing collaterals than single use of Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate Tablets(Vemlidy).It has good clinical effects in improving TCM syndrome score,four liver fibrosis,abdominal color Doppler ultrasound and Fibro Touch.And no obvious adverse reactions were found.
