Minimally Invasive Pry Pull Reset Combined With Hollow Needle Fixed For Heel Bone Comminuted Fracture Treatment The Impact On The Limb Function And Life Quality

Its wound, blood loss, operative time, postoperative complications, such as the operation data, pain degree, adherence to the operation, follow-up of 1 year of limb function and life quality comparison between groups, such as data and statistical analysis.Results are divided into observation group limb function average judgement(89.8±0.6) points, function fine rate was 73.5% lower than the control group(90.5±0.8) points of average and 76.5% of the crop, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05); Was made in the group of the quality of life questionnaire(average total score(68.6±8.3), the rate of good quality of life(76.1%) were better than control group, with significant difference(P<0.05); In wound length, blood loss, operative time, intraoperative complications and pain degree of safety and operation compliance, in the comparison of the observation group were significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion minimally invasive pry pull reset combined with hollow needle fixed for heel bone comminuted fracture treatment has small trauma, high safety, less pain, good compliance, the advantages of the limb functional recovery is good, and then improve their quality of life, used for clinical value for popularization.
