Fixed Treadment Technique With Reset More Than Sanders â…¢ Curative Effect Observation Of Calcaneal Fractures

Objective：Analysis of this research technique prying reset more than fixed treatmentSanders Ⅲcalcaneal fractures of the clinical data, through summarizing the data andthe results of patient follow-up, to explore the clinical curative effect of applying thismethod in the treatment of calcaneal fractures, clinical information collection,observation data, then summarizes the results, to use technique prying reset more thanfixed treatment SandersⅢ calcaneal fractures in provide basis for clinical application.Methods：Between September2011and September2013, we had outpatient serviceand emergency patients in hospitain in wuhu anhui province hospital of traditionalChinese medicine fracturesl, and then filtered, choose60cases Sanders Ⅲ calcanealfractures of hospitalized patients, included in the undergraduate study, random grouping,the experimental group (TG) and the control group (CG) in the two groups, male40cases (46feet), female20cases (22feet), all are closed fracture, aged of traumabetween20-65, the average age of40.5years, according to the Sanders classificationmethod,Ⅲtype are choosed as the research, the experimental technique with severalfixed method is used to treat30cases of calcaneal fractures,remaining30cases ascontrol group treated with open reduction and internal fixation method. On patients after8~18months (average13.2months) follow-up data results, comparing both in fracturehealing time,operation time, postoperative complications and before and after treatmentin patients with X-ray radiology (Bohler Angle, Gissane ’s Angle, Perie Angle). Usingthe foot MaryLand system score, further effect evaluation.Results：Prying reset more than fixed in the clinical treatment to use technique SandersⅢcalcaneal fractures, compared with control group, the excellent aspects of thetreatment was no obvious difference between of the two results, but the treatment groupin operation time, postoperative patients with fracture healing time, incidence of complications such as the results, performance is superior to the control group.Conclusion：Clinical use technique prying reset more than fixed treatment Sanders Ⅲcalcaneal fractures, and treated by open reduction and fixation for comparison,clinical curative effect of the results, to cost less hospitalization, less operation time,postoperative fracture healing time is short, fewer complications, etc advantages.
