Objective:To ealuate screw locking plate and golf anatomical plate treatment of tibial plateau fractures,to prevent fracture of tibial plateau articular surfaces secondary collapse and the curative effect of traumatic sex arthritis formation,etc.For the treatment of tibial plateau fractures,select the appropriate internal fixation provides theoretical basis and practical experience,to reduce morbidity,improve the quality of life of the patients.MethodsDating from February 2012 to September 2012,shangqiu first people’s hospital trauma surgery patients and follow-up data of 49 patients with fracture of tibial plateau.According to the fracture of tibial plateau Schatzker parting,select the row with golf anatomical steel plate and screw steel treatment.Measuring articular surface of tibial plateau secondary collapse height,tibial plateau varus Angle,caster Angle and tibiofemoral Angle,break the knee joint function score,etc.,application of analysis and evaluation of medical statistics row cylindrical screw locking plate and golf anatomical plate curative effect for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.ResultsTo conform to the cases of complete treatment in 49 cases were analysed,One row of cylindrical screw locking plate group 25 cases,golf anatomical plate group of 24 cases,Were followed up for 6 to 12 months,an average of eight months,articular surface of tibial plateau secondary collapse height row cylindrical screw locking plate group are less than golf anatomical plate,P < 0.05,with statistical significance Postoperative march with postoperative 1 years of tibial plateau varus Angle,inclination Angle and tibiofemoral Angle,line shape screw locking plate group P > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference;Golf anatomical plate comparison in the group P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Knee function break the standard evaluation,optimal shape screw locking plate group 15 cases,8 cases,2 cases,0 cases,was 91.68%;Golf anatomical plate group ’optimal 12 cases,7 cases,4 cases,1 case,was 79.84%.Knee function break standard score comparison of screw locking plate group is better than that of golf anatomical plate,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).ConclusionApplication row cylindrical screw locking plate relative to the treatment of tibial plateau fracture,anatomical plate golf in preventing fractures of tibial plateau articular surface secondary collapse,prevent tibial plateau varus Angle,caster Angle and tibiofemoral Angle is missing,take advantage of good knee joint function is significant;Can reduce the traumatic sex arthritis,restore and improve the function of the knee joint movement,improve patient quality of life.
