Three Steel Treatment SchatzkerⅤ，Ⅵ Type Tibial Plateau Rfacture Analysis Of The Clinical Curative Effect

Objective: Through the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TraditionalChinese Medicine nearly two years admitted SchatzkerV, VI tibial plateau fractures weredata collection, follow-up and analysis and study, summarizes three plate fixationSchatzkerV, clinical experience VI tibial plateau fractures.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of fracture, bone fracture healingstandards to HSS (The Hospital For Specia l Surgery) knee score standards as theevaluation criteria (100points), using SPSS17.0statistical software for data of27patients,statistical analysis of samples.Results: The double plates treated27patients,6,12months after surgery, excellentrates were:70.4%，81.5%and85.2%; three plates treated21patients, postoperative3,6,12months, excellent rates were:71.4%,85.7%and89.5%.Conclusion:1.The patient’s age distribute between18to65years, main age (38.72±10.05) years of age, but the incidence of the population is located mainly between theage of28to47years old;2. Gender differences in the two groups of patients, limbdistributed no statistically significant difference;3. In operative time, blood loss, nostatistically significant difference was not obvious;4whether postoperative externalfixation with plaster condylar fracture healing and full weight bearing after step afteranalyzing and comparing the treatment of fracture fixation plate three more strong andreliable, especially for posterior tibial condyle support more effective;5.Patients werepatients fracture healing time, full weight bearing analysis showed no statistically significant difference;6.Patients were using HSS scoring system, there was no significantstatistical difference, but after a good rate3,6,12months treatment with three plates werehigher than double steel treatment.
