Objective: To discuss the characteristics of the etiology of stroke associated pneumonia(SAP),the risk factors of patients with multi-drug resistant bacterial infections, the distribution of multiple drug-resistant bacterias. Methods:A retrospective study was designed to analyze the clinical data of patients with SAP from Jan 2012 to Jan 2015,1)Risk Factors: Using SPSS17.0 for Comparison the incidence of SAP patients with multiple drug-resistant infection between different groups by chi square test. Then Multivariable regression analysis was used in significant factors.2)Etiological investigation: The distribution of bacterias, the distribution of multiple drug-resistant bacterias, the drug resistance of common multiple drug-resistant bacterias. Results: Univariate analysis indicated that there was statistical difference between the two groups divided by:age, type of stroke, level of consciousness,SAP type, ward type, phagocytosis phagocytic function, prophylactic antibiotics. They were the risk factors of SAP patients with multiple drug-resistant bacterial infections.278 strains were separated in 205 patients, including 93 multiple drug-resistant strains. The top 5 strains were E.coli.,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, serratia marcescen,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Streptococcus pneumoniae. Conclusions:SAP patients with multiple drug-resistant bacterial infections is closed related to the independent risk factor: dysphagia. The proportion of the multiple drug-resistant bacteria was high. The resistance to many antibiotics of These multiple drug-resistant strains were widely in varying degrees. |
