The Research On The Correlations Between Narrow-band Imaging Endoscopy In Thediagnosis Of CEG And The Distribution Law Of TCM Constitution

Objective: The distribution law of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution in chronic erosive gastritis(CEG)were observed under the narrow-band imaging(NBI)endoscopy,based on the diagnostic efficacy of NBI for minor structural of gastric mucosa.Methods:Using methods of combining literature and clinical question investigation,100 patients with CEG are gathered.The relevant information were categorized into nine constitution types,according to Traditional Chinese Medicine Physical Classification and Judgment.And observe the patient’s general information,NBI gastroscopoic and pathological manifestations.All the data is recorded in Excel table,processed by SPSS 21.0 statistical software to analyze the Distribution law of TCM Constitution in chronic erosive gastritis and correlation factors.Results:(1)The frequency of TCM Constitution types in chronic erosive gastritis in descending order is:wetness-heat type(25%)> qi-depression type(18%)>gentleness type(16%)> yang-deficiency type(15%)> qi-deficiency type(9%)>yin-deflciency type(8%)> phlegm-wet type(6%)> blood-stasis type(2%)>special inherited type(1%).(2)There is no significant difference in the incidence of gender.Patients aged 40-59 account for the largest proporation(60%).The average age is 46.50±10.878.The different age stages of CEG patients TCM constitution distribution has obvious difference:wetness-heat type is common in youth group and accounts for 44.1%.yang-deficiency type and qi-depression type are common in middle-aged group,accounts for 18.9% and 26.4%.(3).The distribution of TCM Constitution and the erosion mucosa degree: The patients of yang-deficiency type have more opportunities to get higher grade of gastric mucosal erosion.Qi-depression type(27.0%)and wetness-heat type(24.3%)are the major TCM Constitution in grade Ⅱ.The wetness-heat type and gentleness type are common in Grade Ⅰ.(4)The relationship between distribution of TCM constitution and capillary patterngastric:yang-deficiency type is common in CP-Ⅲ,followed by yin-deficiency type;wetness-heat type is is common in CP-Ⅱ;qi-depression type and gentleness type are common in CP-Ⅰ.(5)The distribution of TCM Constitution and the pits pattern(PP):PP-Ⅰ accounts for 22%,PP-Ⅱ accounts for 41%,PP-Ⅲ accounts for 26%,PP-Ⅳ accounts for 21%,PP-Ⅴ and Ⅵ are absent.Gentleness type is common in PP-Ⅰ,followed by wetness-heat type.Wetness-heat type is common in PP-Ⅱ,followed by qi-depression type.Yang-dificiency type is common in PP-Ⅲ and PP-Ⅳ.(6)There is no significant difference in distribution of TCM constitution and chronic inflammation degree.The wetness-heat type is common in active inflammation,while the yang-dificiency type is common in atrophy.Conclusion:(1)Wetness-heat type,qi-depression type,gentleness type,yang-deficiency type are the major types of the body constitutional type in TCM of CEG.Wetness-heat type is the most common TCM constitution,followed by qi-depression type.(2)CEG is common in youth group,and is not associated with gender.There is a decrease in gentleness type and wetness-heat type with age,while qi-depression type,yang-deficiency type,qi-deficiency type and yin-deficiency type have an increased trend.Wetness-heat type is common in youth group.Yang-deficiency type and qi-depression type are common in middle-aged group.(3)The distribution of TCM Constitution have a certain relationship with NBI endoscopic characteristics and pathology.Yang-deficiency type has a higher endoscopic degree:is common in level Ⅲ of erosion mucosa,CP-Ⅲ,PP-Ⅲ,and always accompanied with atrophy.Wetness-heat type and qi-depression type show mild endoscopic degree:wetness-heat type is common in level Ⅰ of erosion mucosa,CP-Ⅱ,PP-Ⅱ,and always accompanied with active inflammation.qi-depression type is common in level Ⅱ of erosion mucosa,CP-Ⅰ,PP-Ⅱ,and always accompanied with active inflammation.
