| Objectives: To Observe the clinical effect of Xiaodian experience side heat blood stasis type of nephritis in children, and explore whether the treatment or amelioration of that party Children nephritis clinical symptoms and kidney damage related indicators.Methods: A total of 60 cases of allergic purpura nephritis patients were randomly divided into control group of 30 cases, 30 cases in the treatment group. The two groups were given basic treatment. The control group was treated with compound rutin 20 mg orally, three times a day; dipyridamole 2.5mg/ kg-1- D-1, 2-3 oral. 4 weeks to0.5-1mg/kg-1- D-1 before Prednisone Acetate Tablets(maximum dose not more than30mg/d), divided into 2 ~ 3 oral, taking 4 weeks to the morning meal service, and in 2weeks, gradually reduced to the initial dose every other day after meal service, in accordance with the 2.5mg standard per week to stop decreasing. The treatment group Xiaodian experience, given in the control group based on the decoction, sooner or later the two division. In 2 weeks for a course of treatment, observation of 3 courses.Observed and recorded before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, after 6weeks of treatment, the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine symptom score, clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine safety and laboratory test data, statistical analysis. 1, 2 and March were recorded at the end of treatment, compare the recurrence rate.Result:Treatment group and control group after 6 weeks of treatment, purpura, joint /abdominal pain, upset thirst, urine will be dry and fatigue syndromes compared with before treatment showed a significant reduction in points(p <0.05). In the six weeks of treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, in addition to weak external(P> 0.05), purpura, joint / abdominal pain, upset thirst, urine will be dry and other syndromes showed significant differences(p <0.05), treatment group than the control group; and groups Syndrome total score difference was significant(p <0.05) in treatment group than the control group.6 weeks of treatment in both groups of 24 h UPro, MA, β 2-MG, urinary RBC,compared with the same group before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment have resulted in a significant difference(p <0.05); in the treatment of 2,4, 6 weeks produced no comparison between 24 h UPro the two groups(P> 0.05), and between β2-MG of the two groups was significant difference(p <0.05), and the treatment group than the control group; two MA urine RBC except not a difference(P> 0.05) at 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment compared to 4,6 weeks produced a significant difference(p<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.This study found that the treatment group was significantly better than the control groupin improving the TCM syndrome(p<0.05).Compared to two, 2, 3 months after treatment, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaodian experience in order to effectively alleviate HSPN in Children, joint /abdominal pain, upset thirst, urine will be dry and other syndromes, and the control group compared to more effectively improve the syndromes in Chinese medicine clinical effect on efficacy is more precise.Xiaodian children experience side can effectively reduce urinary 24 h Upro, β2-MG,MA, RBC indices. The treatment group compared with the control group, can better improve β2-MG, MA, RBC indices, and promote recovery from disease.Recurrence occurred in both groups, but the treatment group than the control group in comparison, can better control the recurrence of the disease, long-term effect is more ideal.Xiaodian experience side combined with Western medicine did not show significant side effects, and compared with only western group, no significant difference in adverse events, suggesting that the experimental application of the more integrative medicine western medicine alone, did not significantly increase in side effects, not security reduce.Short term oral adverse reactions were mild and good for pediatric medication safety,worthy of promotion. |
