| Objective:In this study,Xiaodian Granule,a clinical self-made prescription of Dermatology Department of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,combined with auricular acupoint pressing beans was used to treat simple allergic purpura in adults.To observe the improvement of skin lesions,the recurrence rate and the changes of serum immune indexes IL-6 and IL-8 in patients after treatment,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:1.Research object:The subjects were 60 adult patients with pure allergic purpura aged18-60,all of whom were collected in the dermatology clinic of the affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,including 30 males and 30 females,with a male-female ratio of1:1.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of outpatient visits.The treatment group and the control group are comparable in terms of age,sex and illness(P>0.05).2.Treatment methods:Both the treatment group and the control group were treated with oral compound rutin tablets and dipyridamole tablets to reduce capillary bleeding rate and platelet aggregation.Control group: On the basis of routine medication,Naked Flower Purple Pearl Tablet was added to stop bleeding,detoxify and clear away heat.Treatment group: On the basis of routine medication,Chinese traditional medicine Xiaodian Granule was taken orally and auricular point bean pressing therapy was used for external treatment.The two groups were followed up once a week,with one week as a course of treatment,with a total of four courses of treatment.3.Observation contents:(1)Observation of clinical efficacy: the changes of clinical symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment were recorded respectively,specifically,the distribution range,quantity,color change and regression time of skin purpura.(2)Record the changes of patients’ quality of life before and after treatment.(3)Follow-up observation: Observe the improvement of symptom score and record it in detail at the 0th,1st,2nd,3rd and 4th week of the patient’s visit.After 4 weeks of treatment,the curative effect was judged.(4)Observe the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment.(5)Observe the recurrence of the cured patients in the two groups one month after the end of treatment.(6)Laboratory observation indicators: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in some patients’ serum before and after treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate: 93.3% in the treatment group and 86.7%in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Recurrence rate: The rash of cured patients in the treatment group and the control group did not recur one month after the treatment.3.Safety: No obvious adverse reactions were found in the treatment group and the control group during treatment and follow-up.4.IL-6 and IL-8: After treatment,the values of the two indexes in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xiaodian Granule combined with auricular acupoint pressing beans is effective in treating simple Henoch-Schonlein purpura,which is superior to the control group in promoting symptoms to subside,improving the quality of life of skin diseases and reducing the recurrence rate of skin lesions,and has no adverse reactions.2.Xiaodian Granule combined with auricular acupoint pressing beans may improve the immune function of patients with simple henoch-schonlein purpura by reducing the levels of IL-6 and IL-8,and thus play a therapeutic role.The related exact mechanism needs further discussion and analysis.3.This study proves that there is an imbalance of immune indexes in patients with henoch-schonlein purpura,such as the changes of IL-6 and IL-8,which is consistent with the reports of related experiments and clinical studies in domestic and foreign literatures. |
