Objective:with the development of society,the growing number of open wounds caused by high-energy trauma is growing.For the open wound treatment in addition to the timely and thorough debridement,good wound care is very important.The current clinical use for wound care dressings are the basic advantages and disadvantages,there is no antibacterial and automatic cleaning of the dressing applied to clinical,In this experiment,we designed an antibacterial and self cleaning dressing an verified its effectiveness by animal experiments method:first detection of absorbency of polyacrylate and fluid properties.Madding 4 round wound with the 2.0cm diameter on the back of the spine along the spine on both sides.Daubing the every wound with 6*108/ml Staphylococcus aureus Then covering the wound with epsilon poly lysine-polyacrylate dressing(hereinafter with ε-PL-SAP,epsilon poly lysine gauze(hereinafter with epsilon PL gauze and dressing of polyacrylate and common medical gauze in random order.After 3 days of dressing every other day(wound observation day except)and observation of the wound.All wounds acreage were observed at 7 days,14 days and 21 days after operation respectively,and the wound healing score and PUSH score were recorded.And take the wound tissue after third weeks of paraffin slices toinvestigate the histological changes.Taking a sterile cotton swab each wound secretions and bacterial culture and comparing the number of colony of bacteria in the wound after three days.The final experimental data were statistically analyzed using spss22.0 and the data were expressed by sx ? and variance analysis was used to test 4 groups of test data and compared with each other to test the difference.There is a statistically significant difference in4 groups of test data when the P<0.05.Result:polyacrylate dressings soaked in three kinds of solution in the absorption of 2 minutes ago is the most rapidly,and achieve the maximum amount of 75%,2min after material absorption tends to slow,and in 7min reached maximum absorption value,tends to be saturated,and saturation after imbibition amount reached 20-30 times its own weight.There was no significant difference in the absorption effect of normal saline,pure water and fresh rabbit blood with the equal amount of polyacrylate.After 7,14 and 21 days after operation,the four wound area and wound healing score of all rabbits were observed and the results were obtained thatε-PL-SAP wound dressing of the two key indicators mean were better than the simple use of SAP wound dressings and simple use of epsilon PL gauze wound and simple use of gauze group and the p<0.05.After three days of bacterial culture results showed ε-PL-SAP group wound gold aureus bacteria colonies and the other three groups have significant difference,and colony number was significantly lower than that of the other three groups.After 21 days from the wound tissue HE staining showed: ε-PL-SAP dressing as a wound than theother three groups compared with obvious granulation tissue formation with more blood capillary and fibroblast cell,less inflammatory cell.Conclusion: 1.ε-PL-SAP dressing on liquid preserving properties of liquid were good.2.ε-PL-SAP dressing with liquid preserving good performance,can effectively provide micro moist wound.3.ε-PL-SAP dressing expressed good promote wound healing and granulation growth and antibacterial function in animal experimental wounds.
