Research On Heping District Of Shenyang City Community Health Service Current Situation And Countermeasures

Objective:The current community health service of Heping District still has many problems. These problems limit the development of community health service work and restrain the function of community health institutions. There is still much space for improvement. This article has brought up suggestions according to the current situation and problems.Methods:The resource of the data is field research, questionnaire and literatures. By researching, collecting, analyzing the data and refer to domestic/abroad theories, experiences and studies, I deeply analyzed the cause of the community health service problems of Heping District, made a conclusion of it, and offered corresponding suggestions.Results:This article has concluded that the main problems of the health service of Heping District are:First, the amount of community health service institutions is relatively inadequate. The coverage rate is relatively low, and the ratio of rented space of the institutions is too high; second, the medical staff number is not enough and not fully qualified; third, the equipment of the community health service institutions are mostly aged and not well functional. Also the number and supporting facilities is not enough; forth, the current health care policy and the current information system limit the development of classified medical treatment system; fifth, the residences lack the willingness to have treatment in the community health service institutions. The known rate and satisfy rate of the community health service is low.Conclusions:This article discussed the solution of cooperation between community health service institutions and 3-grade hospitals,and made a conclusion that the best mode is the co-service of community health service institution and 3-grade hospitals.
