Accurate the content determination of drug not only play an important role to the doctor’s treatment, but also to control the misuse of western medicine on the market situation.In this paper, the liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and antidiabetic drugs are recommended, using high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) has established the one-off fast and efficient method to measure the content of 13 antidiabetic drugs at the same time. Using solid phase extraction method (SPE) for sample pretreatment, to remove impurity effect is very good. Choosing Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 (150 mm x 4.6 mm, including 5 μm) chromatographic column to separate 13 antidiabetic drugs. The mobile phase is consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution (with ammonia adjust PH 3.5). Using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode to quantify the Tolbutamide、Tolazamide、Glibenclamide、Glipizide、Gliclazide、 Gliquidone、Glimepiride、Phenformin、Metformin、Rosiglitazone、Pioglitazone、Repaglinide、 Nateglinide. This method is high selectivity and high sensitivity. |
