Background rural doctors as an important component of China's rural hygiene medical teams, medical prevention in rural health education, basic health care, propaganda and so on all play a vital role, but in the whole course of development of rural doctors, c&b problem has become the important factors that affect the team stability and development, become the difficult problem of deepening the reform of rural health. Since 2009 the central China, the opinions of the state council on deepening the reform of medical health system ", although the standardized management of the village doctor, there are some instructions, but in terms of how to improve the benefits of rural doctors is still didn't get good solve, caused the village doctor runoff increased year by year. On the other hand because of ningxia is located in the remote, the finance department of the economic capacity constraints, coupled with some human factors lead to part of the national policy cannot implement, make the village doctor work lack of motivation, talent reserves can not get a good supplement.Objectives In the northwest ningxia as the research site in remote areas, through on-the-spot investigation, questionnaire methods such as contrast to understand new village doctor salary welfare changes before and after the reform; In compensation management, social security, public policy and other related management theory as the theoretical basis; Before and after the use of statistical methods to analyze the new reform of ningxia rural doctors salary, benefits and the reason of the changes and the impact of the new medical reform of salary, benefits, find out the main problems, analysis the reason, proposed targeted advice.Methods using the composition ratio, frequency and mean descriptive statistical methods, such as paper expounds the basic situation of rural doctors; The method of using two sample mean t test before and after the new reform income level, changes in the income structure of rural doctors and impact analysis; Using the method of multiple linear regression analysis on the influencing factors of income level of rural doctors; Using the chi-square test methods to rural doctors income satisfaction, endowment insurance changes were analyzed; Using single factor analysis of variance method to the income level of rural doctors with the villages and towns medical corpsman, rural teachers for comparative analysis.Results after the new reform in terms of income level by the new reform of rural doctors before the annual revenues of 12346.53 yuan/person/year, increased to 22758.81 yuan/person/year, growth is 10412.28 yuan/person/year, and research shows that P < 0.05, suggesting that the new reform than before income increased, the new health reform policy impact on its; By using multiple linear regression method, the understanding to the vocational qualifications and radiation of the population of village clinics are the main factors influencing the village doctor's income; In terms of income structure of rural doctors medical income and agricultural income is relatively new compared to before the reform did not happen too big change, and the biggest change is subsidies income, growth to 26.7% from 0% before the reform, the results showed the difference between the two samples statistically significant(P < 0.05), suggesting that more than it was before reform does change, and influence; In terms of income satisfaction by the new reform before the satisfaction degree of the growth of 13% to 44.4%, and the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05), indicating that the new reform than before rural doctors in terms of income satisfaction had significantly increased; In front of the endowment insurance by the new reform of 0.3% to 11.3% after the reform, the results show that the differences statistically significant(P < 0.05), although have improved to a certain extent, but from the actual situation to see its influence degree or not. Recommendations: 1, intensify policy support, perfecting rural doctors c&b management system; 2 performance appraisal system, standardization of rural doctors and widen the village doctor career path; 3, improve the rural doctors basic treatment, ensure the sustainable development of village doctor; 4, to carry out the old-age insurance policy for rural doctors, reduce the loss of a large number of village doctor. 5, attaches great importance to the promotion of rural doctors, promote the building of rotary.
