The Study On Evaluation Of Chronic Disease Management In China Based On Bibliometrics

Objectives Measuring chronic disease management mode of research literature at home and abroad,describes the present situation of the management of chronic diseases,summarized the main form of the management of chronic diseases prevention and control,analysis of chronic disease management of existing problems,comparing the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign research,to improve the level of chronic diseases prevention and control in our country,the domestic innovation management model provides reference for chronic diseases.Methods Computer retrieval of the U.S.national library of medicine PubMed database,retrieval time began in January 2000,in the end of December 2014,download chronic disease management mode of research literature abroad.Domestic research literature,selected China journal full-text database(CNKI),a database of ten thousand and the Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM),and other domestic well-known database,retrieval time which is based on the method of literature metrology,download and access to each of the methods of statistics,records,sorting out and analyzing main subject of research literature at home and abroad,and calculate the statistics of main subject word;According to the high frequency and low frequency word boundary formula,to determine the threshold value of high frequency words and extract the high frequency keywords,made into high frequency keywords co-occurrence matrix and word article matrix;Then SPSS 21 as statistical tools to establish database and map clustering tree;According to the and high frequency keywords co-occurrence matrix clustering results map strategy coordinates;High frequency keywords using UciNet6.0 analysis software of scientific knowledge.Cooperate with manual retrieval methods at the same time,to ensure the integrity of the data collected and reliable,and combining with literature review analysis research and hot area of chronic disease management mode at home and abroad.Data collection to follow strict quality control standards.Results Throughout the research literature of the chronic disease management mode at home and abroad on the basis of the system combing and analysis of the followingconclusions:1.Keywords analysis showed:chronic disease Management mode study abroad has counted out 22 high frequency keywords,including "Pain Management" has the highest frequency,which is 342 times;Domestic high frequency keywords,study the state of the communist party of China 15 "chronic disease management"、"community health service" in the highest frequency.2.System clustering analysis results showed:foreign research altogether form the four groups,respectively named pain management/chronic pain Management、patients with chronic diseases caused by the psychological behavior management、chronic disease control management、chronic disease rehabilitation management;Domestic research to form the three major groups,respectively named chronic diseases community health service management、the high incidence of chronic diseases、chronic diseases patients psychological behavior management.3.Scientific knowledge map analysis results showed:the results in Pain Management、Quality of Life、diseases Management and other research topics for a larger proportion,and the penetration of other research topics between close;Domestic research on chronic disease management、community health services for a large proportion and closely linked with other research topics.4.Strategy coordinate diagram analysis results showed:study abroad "chronic diseases patients psychological behavior management"、"chronic disease control management" is located in the first quadrant of strategy coordinate diagram,is the core content in chronic disease management study abroad;Domestic research separately in two or four quadrant strategy coordinate diagram.5.Chronic disease management mode of the most isolated analyzed the application of a model in a fixed disease,no further illustrate the characteristic of its universality,but also it is for a specific analysis of each kind of chronic disease management mode of implementation of related factors,influencing factors and reasons of the obstacles to carry out the implementation and so on.Chronic disease management applications reported in the majority with the current research literature,relatively little scientific rigorous control study,so for each kind of chronic diseases is still a lack of empirical evidence management model of large sample.6.Foreign research carried out for management of chronic illness earlier than domestic,accumulated a lot of theory and practice experience,and gradually formed a systematic treatment of chronic disease、rehabilitation、nursing such as integrated management mode,especially in recent years,foreign scholars advocated by the chronic disease rehabilitation psychology behavior management strategies,fully embodies the people-oriented management concept,is worthy of reference for countries to the introduction of its type.7.Chronic disease management mode of domestic research depth and in a large number of draw lessons from foreign research status,on the basis of the lack of local research and innovation.Conclusion Developing and implementing effective management model of chronic diseases can maximum reduce pain in patients with chronic,reduce the burden of chronic diseases patients and their families,and promote fully entitled to medical and health resources,a chronic disease in patients with chronic psychosomatic health and rehabilitation progress and quality of life has the effect that cannot estimate.Through perfecting the system of chronic disease management,strengthen the propaganda,chronic disease prevention and control knowledge to inhabitants have to change the bad habits and eliminate unhealthy behavior factor,then gradually form community-based government leadership and full cooperation of each department and the community health promotion strategies of action,set family,the community health services-professional medical institutions to support-government assistance for the integration of the chronic disease management model,help the residents in our country to build healthy life atmosphere,and to eliminate chronic diseases in the spread of human society is the ultimate aim of this study.
