Purpose?Though investing the350young nurses job burnout situation who belong tothree level of first-class hospital in changchun?analysis the reasongs of young nurses jobburnout, analyzing its subjective and objective reasongs,To investigate the relationshipbetween the job burnout status of young nurses and their self-concept?Through comparingand analysising the self-concept and nurse job burnout situation at home and abroad, to findsome effective methords which are suitable for China's national conditions,to improve theyoung nurses job burnout of coping styles, the level of young nurses in psychosomatic health,the relationship between nurses and patients, to improve the quality of nursing service andmanagement efficiency,to promote the clinical nursing work steady and rapid development, toimprove the level of young nurses self-awareness, to assist the young nurse reducing the levelof job burnout to prevent young nurse nurse job burnout and reduce the rate of transferringjobs.Method: Choosing350nurses respectively from ChangChun Obstetrics and gynecologyhospital?JiLin Courage hospital and208hospitai as samples.21to27years old,1to5yearsof working time. The questionnaire distributed by designated persons,the nurse fill in it byherself. The investigators will binder4kinds of questionnaire together.(Including generalsituation questionnaire, the MBI-GS scale,Tennessee self concept scale and one copy of theinformed consent). Tested at the same time to be done individually, not interfere with eachother. Using statistical method to record SPSS13.0soft package, adopting t for statisticalanalysis.The results of the survey show that?The relevance ratio that the young nurses were jobburnout was80%?mild degree was25%?moderate degree was42.6%?severe was12?4%?Except self—criticism in the nurse with job burnout was higher than that in the nurse withoutjob burnout?the others factors of self—concept in the former were lower than those in thelatter(P<0?01)??There was high correlation between MBI and TSCS?Conclusion:Most of young nurses are in different degree of job burnout and negativeself-concept.So,improve and shape the young nurse positive self-concept can effectivelyimprove the nurse job burnout, which is useful in clinical application for nursing managers...
