The selection of Ginkgo biloba fine family is mainly to solve the problem of ecological adaptability of nursery stocks for afforestation,that is,ecology should be adapted to suitable trees.Through the determination of offspring,selection of excellent families,establishment of seed gardens,and the establishment of ginkgo Sexual choice,sexual use "provide ways.In this study,15 ancient Ginkgo biloba half-sib families were selected from 1-year-old and3-year-old seedlings,and their main photosynthetic characteristics such as high-yield index,nitrate reductase and other physiological and biochemical indexes and net photosynthetic rate were determined.Fifteen pedigrees in five different regions were evaluated to explore the relationship between their phenotypes and physiological and biochemical indicators,and the correlations between seedling growth and geography in different pedigrees,providing phenotypic and physiological and biochemical aspects for the selection of early fast-growing families.in accordance with.The main findings are as follows:(1)Growth,Physiological and Biochemical Evaluation of Seedling Family of Ginkgo biloba Semi-sib FamilyThe growth,photosynthetic and physiological and biochemical characteristics of 15 Ginkgo biloba half-sib families were significantly different except POD activity.The top five pedigrees were 40#,86#,123#,and 138#.95#;the top five pedigrees are 40#,86#,114#,123#,and 95#;the top five pedigrees of individual plants are 123#,40#,76#,and 128#.86#;The top five pedigrees for the number of branches were 40#,123#,114#,95#,and 86#;the top five families for PN were 123#,86#,40#,7#,and 76#.The top five chlorophyll content families are 123#,86#,40#,7#,128#;The top five families with NR activity were 123#,86#,40#,7#,and 128#;PPO activities ranked the last five were 128#,7#,40#,86#,and 123#.(2)Physiological and biochemical indicators of gingko half-sib family and phenotypic correlationThe correlation coefficients of NR activities,PN and chlorophyll content with plant height,diameter,total leaf number were all greater than 0,and all reached significant levels.Therefore,NR activity,PN,and chlorophyll content were significantly positively correlated with plant growth;and PPO activities and plant The correlation coefficients of seedling height,ground diameter,total leaf number,and branch number were-0.464,-0.443,-0.573,and-0.361,respectively,all reaching significant levels,so the PPO content showed a significant negative correlation with plant growth;peroxidase and Soluble sugar content did not show a significant correlation with plant growth.Therefore,the indexes of seedling height,diameter,leaf number per plant,number of branches,chlorophyll content,PN,PPO activity and NR activity can be used as the basis for the selection of Ginkgo biloba seedling stage.(3)Differences in seedling stage growth of Ginkgo biloba in different regions The morphological indexes such as seedling height,ground diameter,and number of leaves per plant in different families were significantly different with time.The high growth,coarse growth,and leaf development characteristics of seedlings in each family were significantly different.The half-sib families in different regions were consecutive.There are also differences in the growth characteristics of the family in the southwest,which is better than other regions.The height of the seedlings and the fast-growing period of the ground diameters in each family showed some synchronicity.The difference in seedling growth under the same site conditions may be due to the different leaf spreading periods.In the southern region,the high growth and coarse growth of the families in the fast-growing period were relatively late,but the duration was longer,while the families in the northern area entered the fast-growing period earlier,but the duration was shorter.From the viewpoint of the number of leaves per plant,families in the southern region concentrated on leaf development from June to late July,and almost fully developed leaves in July.The families in the northern region reached the end of the end of July.The high growth and coarse growth were also basic.As a result,its growth status did not show an advantage over the Southern District family.On the contrary,the high growth and coarse growth of families in the southern region lasted until the end of August.At this time,the leaf was completed,the functional leaves were fully developed,and the photosynthetic performance was strong,providing more nutrients for plant growth.The seedling height and ground diameter of the seedlings of each family show a certain degree of synchronization,while the families in the southern region completed the leaf development before the fast growth period of high growth and rough growth.Therefore,the phenotype characteristics of the seedlings are more excellent,so China's As one of the central distribution areas of Ginkgo biloba resources,the southwestern region has high genetic diversity and rich breeding resources for Ginkgo biloba germplasm resources,which can be used as an important selection area for Ginkgo biloba elite family breeding.(4)Selection of Ginkgo biloba superior half-sib families during seedling stageBased on the evaluation results of 15 Ginkgo biloba half-sib families' growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics,a total of 4 Ginkgo biloba half-sib families were selected.They were 7# Guizhou Huishui Family,40# Guangxi Lingchuan Family,76#Youxi Family,and 128# Sichuan's Yucheng family.The above pedigrees exhibited superior growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics compared to other fa milies.
