Thought Of Development Of Industrialized Vegetable Seedling Production In Hanzhong City

Industrialized seedling production is one of key technique for producing vegetable,guarantees that vegetable factory and large vegetable demonstration park work.What’s more,it is seen as a vehicle to introduce excellent vegetable varieties,new skills of cultivation and equipments.Vegetable industry is one of the five leading industries,in Hanzhong city,area of vegetable planting is 65.1 kha,in which area of vegetable under glass takes 7.6 kha.Recently,industrialized seedlings develop quickly,but it still stays in initial stage and farmers seldom acept it.Otherwise,industrialized seedlings’goods just occupy 6%market share.In order to realise situation about industrialized seedlings in Hanzhong and manage vegetable industry of this city,especially the development of industrialized seedlings production,this study analysis the problems in industrialized seedling production and put forward development countermeasure to accelerate the development of industrialized seedling production through taking a survey of current industrialized seedling production.This research takes surveys of industialized seedling production in Hanzhong by some investigation methods,such as collecting data,field investigation,technology survey and so on,and uses a research method which integrates theories and survey results.The main research results are as follows:(1)In Hanzhong city,annual vegetable planting area is about 60 kha.Among it,main 25kinds of vegetables take 54226 ha,their transplant area of industrialized seedling production is 29409 ha,it takes 54.2%of total area.The transplant area of tomato,eggplant,cabbage,watermelon,waxy maize,spring onion,pepper,pepper,zucchini and celery are 100%from industrialized seedling production.Otherwise,the transplant area of the cucumber,chinese cabbage,pumpkin,towel gourd,cowpea,string beans are more than 75%.Recently,the system of seedling production is divided as:indusrialized seedling production,station for vegetable seedlings production,professial seedlings individual household and farmer self-prodution;farmers use tunnels or small tunnels to produce almost all cucurbit and legume seedlings,what’s more,about 80%of solanaceous vegetables.In Hanzhong city,6 county develop industrialized seedling productino well,for example,pingchuan.Amog these,Hantai district has 5 centers for vegetable seedling production with occupying 22000 m~2.(2)Hanzhon city’s centers for industrialized seedlings prodution generally use Venlo III,with areas from 2000 to 5000 m~2,they use inner-external shading measure,boiler heating,wet patch wall and intelligent control,however the centers lack of Lighting equipment,precision sowing machine,automatic makeup machine,matrix steam-sterilization machine and other supporting infrastructure equipment;otherwise,it needs more technical personnels,every center has,averagely,2 technical personnels;they haven’t conducted the systemic study of indutrialized seedling production and development of relevant software about seedling greenhouse design and environmental control system,also have not had technical specifications of the operation for industrialized vegetable seedling and proven technique of seedling production;the demand of whole city for vegetable seedlings is about 275 millions,but the capacity of industrilized seedling production is hard to suit for market,its market share is only 6%;in addition,industrialization will cost considerable funds and need long period to get profit as well as poor quality of seedlings and services the industrialized company provide restrict the progress of industrialization,which is a major factor.(3)Do increase government support,support nursery enterprises in optimizing nursery facilities,introduce supporting advanced equipment,strengthen government support,support nursery enterprises in optimizing nursery facilities and introduce supporting advanced equipment;increasing technical input and organizing relevant technical units in the region to jointly develop technical solutions,to study and formulate the technical regulations for vegetable nursery,train experienced full-time nursery technicians,establish a factory nursery center for vegetable production at the municipal and county levels,do a good job in the connection between the demands of farmers and those of nursery enterprises,and ensure that the varieties and varieties of seedlings conform to the market demand;propaganda of the government and market development the enterprises guide are supposed to be organically combined,enlarge the factory nursery seedling promotion strength;Combining factory breeding of vegetables with introduction and demonstration of new varieties of vegetables,the subsidy of raising seedlings should be increased.At the same time,it is an important way to improve the management system and technology level of nursery enterprises and to promote the quality of service in the vegetable breeding industry in Hanzhong.
